We had a wonderful stay, the hotel and rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly! We enjoyed our breakfast as well! They were very helpful if we needed anything and very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend this hotel

I requested a wheelchair accessible room, We got a hearing impaired room. No handicap accessible toilet or tub. room was so narrow the chair barely fit. Plus No WiFi.

The heater went out , repaired and went out again and I had to ask front desk and repaired it myself with there instructions

Not enough lighting in the bathroom, handicap bathroom in room could use a bench. Unable to access Wi-Fi with password.

They were very accommodating, giving us a first floor room as requested. It was very clean, and the pool was awesome!

I asked for bottom floor close to the lobby. They put me on the top floor as far away from the elevator as possible. Check in is at 3pm. The lady would not let me check in at 2:30pm even though all of the house keepers were gone. I don't know why but she did let other people check in before 3pm. I didn't act ugly to her. I was respectful to her.

The place is clean, spotless and updated. Best part the service, Rose and April were so nice and helpful, made the whole experience so much nicer. Breakfast bar was clean and full, all items were fresh and inviting.

Usually packed as they have a very friendly reception crew. We stayed in room 225, a 2 room suite, very comfortable stay, the room was spotless and very quiet. Breakfast was provided and was very good. Enjoyed our stay, keep up the good work.

I just had to write a review. I was very pleased with my stay. I must say you guys have an amazing and hard-working staff. Ms. Kaleshia is a team player. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were amazing. Although I did have a little trash in my room, she took the time to leave the front desk and go up to my room to spray and empty the trash for me. I told her that if she had a spray bottle and trash bags, I would do it myself, but she insisted that she do it herself. She stated that she does housekeeping as well, and she didn't mind I was so pleased at how she is a team player and willing to go above and beyond for her job. She is a very sweet young lady; she has the most beautiful personality. I am glad you guys have her as the face of the front desk. I would also like to wish her well in her sophomore year of college. Stay focused; it's not easy working and going to school. Thanks, Holiday Inn; see you guys next time.
