El desayuno en la terraza mirando al mar, personal extraordinario. Pasear por la playa ....trae paz,el mar siempre en calma,fácil de aparcar. Ver el atardecer es una de las buenas opciones. Si duda volveremos.

Hôtel très bien situé mais pas à la hauteur d’un Mélia 4 étoiles ! Chambre à la déco vieillotte, très mauvaise literie, nettoyage très moyen, climatisation mal odorante, pas d’oreiller supplémentaire, pas de coffre-fort, langue parlée uniquement Espagnole et anglais uniquement à l’accueil, pas de bar au bord de la piscine mais un distributeur de boissons ! Au bar de l’hôtel impossible d’avoir un cocktail ils avaient juste du Martini et du rhum..! Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles! Par contre petit déjeuner et dîner très bon avec du choix et panorama splendide ce qui fait oublier un peu le reste !

hotel pendiente de una renovación interior, las habitaciones y baños un poco antiguas, resto ok.
Seria interesante que en el parking instalaran un cargador para V.E. ya que en todo el pueblo no hay ningún cargador y puede ser un punto a favor del hotel.

We came for a wedding in Nerja and booked this hotel for a week. Firstly, none of the photos on the website do this hotel justice. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was a lovely surprise how fresh, comfortable and clean this hotel is. All the staff were outstanding, making for a wonderful warm Spanish dish of hospitality. Osca and Maria at front of house were exceptional. We want to come back!

Sono 10 anni che trascorro le mi ferie in questo hotel. Il servizio è come sempre eccellente e tutto il personale é veramente professionale. Un plauso in particolare sl receptionist manager Oscar Moleon che accoglie i clienti con una gentilezza, sorriso e professionalità che ti fa sentire a casa.

For the first time in my life I paid the cancellation charge and walked rather than spend a night in this very basic hotel. We were being charged over 170 Euro per night room and breakfast for a small dingy badly furnished sea view room. Never in a million years is this a 4 star hotel. The description on the website is a fantasy.

Excelente ubicación aunque con problemas para aparcar si no se escoge el parking del hotel. El buffet de desayuno y cena muy buenos, variados y de calidad. Lo mejor de todo es el personal de recepcion y hostelería, Conchi, Maria, Oscar y Jaime, que se involucra totalmente en facilitar la estancia, con amabilidad, siempre sonrientes y educados, estando pendientes siempre de lo wue puedas necesitar y de ayudar.
