First, the view from our room was worth the stay—gorgeous! The hotel was good. Staff had limited English but that’s to be expected off the beaten track. The meals that came with “full board” were quite limited, and we would go a la Carter next time. Room was a little stuffy, and it was a little noisy in the evening with the window open. The thermostat didn’t do anything, so a bit of air conditioning was not an optio.

Al ir con una niña de 10 años no nos dejaron entrar a la hora que teníamos pero no es eso son las formas de hablar la chica del mostrador del spa , prepotencia y poco tacto ante un niño así que hasta luego spa no cuentes con nosotros más y si es posible lo diremos una y mi veces

The Spa is Fabulous, View from room gorgeous. Free parking. Room clean. Coffee bar with panorámic view So really should not complain . But hotel does need a total re vamp as Looking old and tired. Food in restaurant is not 4 star. Fabulous location for exploring the área. Think I would of scored It higher if had stayed in the 3 star part of hotel But then may of not got the view .

Uno de los mejores hoteles en el que nos hemos alojado mi familia y yo.el personal muy amable y atento,la comida buenísima podría ser tranquilamente la que cocina una madre en casa, el hotel espectacular situado en la ladera de la montaña con unas vistas impresionantes.

El hotel muy bien, las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones amplias y el baño también. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas. El personal super amable. El spa es muy agradable sobre todo la piscina caliente del exterior con el frío que hacía, es una sensación muy placentera. Cenamos en el restaurante las 3 noches, sitio agradable y acogedor, la carta amplia y cosas ricas, Una muy grata experiencia.

el el jacuzzi fatal porque no funcionaba bien y estaba sucio por lo que decidí usar la bañera de hidromasaje y tampoco funcionaba… Muy descontento por ello que es lo que realmente diferencia la habitación de una normal; al día siguiente lo comuniqué en la salida y ni un disculpas ni compensación ni nada. No recomendaría este hotel y tampoco volvería a hospedarme en él.

Estuvimos 5 días en este hotel con el Imserso , hotel con un paisaje maravillosa y una tranquilidad enorme , con unas buenas instalaciones , habitación confortable , buen ambiente en el bar de la xi menea , buen servicio del comedor y el bar , las cenas estaban muy bien ,. En general el hotel Agradable en todos los sentidos. Para poner una pega , seria la bañera que patinaba al ducharte y tenias que tener cuidado para no resbalarte

Lugar muy tranquilo y bonito en mitad de la Sierra,ideal para descansar y desconectar.La comida es muy abundante y Rica,y el personal que te atiende es muy amable y atento.la habitación del jacuzzi en la terraza es bonita pero el jacuzzi que nos tocó a nosotros estamos muy deteriorado. Eso si y calorcito en todas las instalaciones.

La estancia ha sido perfecta. La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda , al igual que los colchones. El aseo con ducha de chorros y bañera de estilo. Y muy limpio todo. El personal del hotel muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el comedor. El desayuno buffet muy completo y la cena buena. Y para guinda, un spa muy completo en el que nos pudimos relajar después de nuestras excursiones por la Sierra de Cazorla. Muy recomendable!! Nosotros repetiremos seguro !!!
