Hotel Boutique San Diego - Adults Only

Perfectly ok for 1 night prior to cruise. Easy to find and easy to access using PIN code. Beware no reception in evening and NO lift. Room smelt musty and damp. Breakfast very poor. Very expensive for what you get. If I’m ever in need of a night stay in Tenerife again between north airport and cruise terminal I won’t stay here again.

This is a Bed & Breakfast, NOT a “Boutique Hotel”. It wasn’t possible to get a coffee let alone a beer. There is no-one on site from lunchtime onwards so arriving in the afternoon was a problem as we didn’t have an access code to get in to the property. When we finally got through to someone on the phone the woman wasn’t particularly helpful. The other lady who cleaned the rooms and got breakfast ready worked her socks off and the room was clean and the breakfast was ok. If you want a Boutique Hotel with available staff and facilities, this isn’t it. If you want a dead quiet Bed & Breakfast with a plastic-backed mattress protector, air conditioning that blows hot air, cheap quality bedding and an absent manager then this is for you.

A lovely hotel in a neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from the commercial/historic center of La Laguna. Rooms are quiet, and the amount of storage available in the room was amazing. Good job! Breakfast is great with plenty of options and variety. Staff members were all helpful and nice. Parking is available on the property as well. A well earned 5 star review by many others as well.

We spent a week at this lovely hotel. The room was beautiful and having the extra space of the 'solarium' was great and perfect for relaxing. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, serving delicious breakfasts, booking restaurants, advising on trips and walks. It's about a 10 minute walk to the town centre, so easily accessible for sightseeing and evening meals. Breakfast was served in a lovely morning room with a great choice and everything always fresh. One of the nicest stays we have had in a small hotel and would highly recommend. Thanks Maria and your wonderful staff!

We arrived bleary eyed from our flight. eSIM difficulties prevented us from receiving Maria’s information on how to access the gate and hotel. Luckily a German couple staying in the hotel arrived precipitously while we were trying to figure out what to do. They explained how things worked, gave us Maria’s phone number and eased us into our first day. We are so grateful to the amazing staff AND guests at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious! The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and extremely walkable to the town. The neighborhood is quiet, the house charming , the location safe and central. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you EVERYONE for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for a long weekend at Hotel Boutique San Diego to enjoy the town of La Laguna and hiking in Anaga Rural Park. The hotel is absolutely charming and the rooms are very comfortable. We reserved the Laguna Suite and appreciated the beauty of the attached garden atrium. The location is quiet but a quick walk into the city center. Breakfast in the morning was very filling and there was a generous assortment of items to choose from. Communications with the hotel were very clear and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful Boutique Hotel Perfect stay for us. Instructions for entry were very clear. The accommodation is beautiful, very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast very well presented, a good choice. Would certainly recommend to independent travellers.
