Très belle chambre, dans un très bel hôtel, mais...
- quasi-absence de fenêtres qui fait que la chambre (la 7) est quasi aveugle
- des lits jumeaux non solidarisés et qui glissent au moindre mouvement (un grand lit double à ce niveau de standing aurait été normal).

Le personnel est peu aimable, peu professionnel. On nous facture 2 euros pour une boulé de glace en libre service au petit déjeuner (quelle mesquinerie), le parking est peu accessible, les meubles sont d'une autre époque, on entend des bruits d’égouts et une l'isolation phonique est désastreuse on doit dormir avec des bouchons antibruit avec le bruit de la rue.

Primeramente el recepcionista estuvo seco y poco profesional, después la habitación no tenía sentido tenía para cocinar pero luego no te ponían ni un triste plato y ya no hablo de los cubiertos, la cama era para parejas y era incómoda y partida en dos. El desayuno fue lo peor, así que ni lo recomendaría ni volvería.

Уютный ресепшн, лаундж, восхитительный завтрак с шампанским. Приветливый персонал, большие, просторные комнаты, в ванной хороший напор воды, много места. Отличное расположение отеля, рядом платный паркинг. Это большой плюс, так как в Ла Лагуне практически невозможно припарковаться. Небольшой спа центр тоже имеется, оплата 30 евро. Нам очень понравилось, вернемся еще.

Hotel excelente en San Cristobal, ubicado en una plaza tranquila y con parada de taxi en la puerta. En mi caso estuve alojado en una habitación en el edificio auxiliar, tamaño enorme, con una zona de trabajo excelente y con alguna sorpresa muy agradable en el minibar. No probé el spá, pero sí la cafetería y fue excelente. El trato del equipo de cafetería fue muy bueno, aconsejando con cuidado y cariño. Lugar a repetir!
