Nettes Personal, gute Verbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Bus für 1euro pro Strecke, kommt alle 15-20 min.

El servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones estaban impecables y bien cuidadas, la comida estaba muy buena... Todo bien.

The service was excellent, the facilities were impeccable and well maintained, the food was very good... All good.

Habitación muy grande pero nos pusieron dos camas en lugar de una para los dos. Está un poco alejado del centro de Segovia pero se tarda 5 min en coche y además hay servicio de bus más abajo del hotel. Por lo demás todo bien.

Пришлось остановиться в этом месте, не очень удобное местоположение, такси приходится долго ждать. В нашем номере сыпался цемент с потолка в ванной. Персонал приветливый .

很有年代感的酒店，空調有30多年歷史了～給我的是頂樓～很熱🔥！空調根本不管用～晚上躺在床上～就像躺在鍋裏一樣！房間裏還有尿味兒！

Fabulous swimming pool and pool area but it doesn't open until 12.00! I thought you would be able to sit in the lawn area until the pool opened but there is also no access until midday.   Good-size room and bathroom. Just a bit suprised by the tiny TV! I certainly don't need a giant TV in a hotel room but this one was very small.  Great team at the pool, in the bar and restaurant and on the front desk.  Location is away from the bustle of the centre but just a short bus ride to get there (30 min walk). There are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants close by. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on site.  Overall, a very nice hotel with a great pool.
