Since we arrived nobody was in the lobby the security guy gave us the key room the room was nice decorated but the balcony was dirty and the toilet wasn’t fill with water we didn’t eat in the hotel but we use the beach in Sunday was dirty and the music was so loud and stop past midnight

The room was a huge disappointment. The online description of the room was insufficient. The room had this tiny window at the top of the wall. The decor was awful. We tried to get a refund but the staff refused or help accommodate in any way. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

We spent two nights at this boutique resort. The room was nicely decorated and had a refrigerator. The room had a balcony overlooking the ocean, but blocked by the palm trees. The pool was small but needed more maintenance. There were too many steps from the room to the beach. Not accessible friendly. The restaurant was a little overpriced for the area and closed early. The music was too American for our taste. We wanted more Latino music, after all, we were in El Salvador. The beach was nice, and there were some “ranchos” for more affordable eating options. In general it was ok hotel.

El lugar no es lo que venden en las fotos, súper caro, pequeño, sucio, es una estafa las fotos al lugar, nada recomendable y me enteré que es muy usual que los clientes se quejen del lugar, de hecho yo no hice uso de instalaciones ni nada y no me reembolsaron, robo total.

la politica de reservaciones es muy mala , pues los dias que estuvimos paso lloviendo , yo queria cancelar pero casa maya no devuelve nada segun su politica de reservaciones si hubiera sabido o leido antes no me hubiera quedado ahi, se pago extra x dos personas y lo acomodad en la misma habitacion dos camas en un espacio muy pequeño , dia lunes 30 de octubre esperamos una hora para que nos dieran un simple desayuno ....mucho que desear muy bonitas fotos del lugar pero la realidad es otra

Great beachfront hotel. The location is perfect because you are close to many tourist attractions. Food was good and their menu had plenty of options. Room was clean and had everything that we needed. Our favorite part was to lay down on lounge chairs and enjoy the view and the beach. Overall, we had a great time!
