A bit far but in an easy walkable distance. Very polite and well-trained staff, the manager and front desk staff are very helpful and nice. A very big television and clean bathroom.
Everthing is so good that I would definitely like to come back and stay again.

Very good hotel, great service and huge rooms, the pool is somewhat small and with little sun, the restaurant also very good, it had very good views

About a 30 minute walk to Gibraltar. The room is cleaned well but is more of a business type room. Pillows are very soft. The hotel is very noisy especially early in the morning. Can hear other guests using showers and flushing toilets. Cleaners talk very loudly to each other and you can hear them moving furniture along the floor in other rooms. Balcony is small with no seating. Area around the hotel is very run down. Pool is very shaded. Lifts are incredibly small. Reception staff are very pleasant. Doors do not have a key card and don’t feel secure. Not a lot of sockets only on 1 side of bed. Getting in and out of the shower can be an issue as the glass screen is not adjustable and the toilet and bidet are very close to the shower entrance

AC Hotel by Marriott La Linea is close to the center of town by doesn't look lke the best of neighborhood. We stayed there at the recommendation of Rick Steves who states stay in La Linea and park at the boarder to go to Gibraltar, it's cheaper. But, it comes with the a long walk to the Rock of Gibraltar. If I had to do it over I would have paid the difference and stayed in Gibraltar. We had a second floor, upgrade room in the front corner of the hotel with a narrow u-shaped balcony, 2 resin chain where out there, kind of cheesy. We were concerned about noise but there wasn't any. There may have been parking but they have in house paid underground parking that they suggested we use for safety.

This is an economical Marriott, very good deal. Breakfast was great. Complementary items are a very nice touch. Found it annoying though that the room temp can’t exceed 21.5oC, other than that was perfect. It’s misleading to say it has a pool, pool is closed.
