il y a eu une erreur de réservation, nous n'avons pas été a cette hôtel la pour notre séjour a La Malbaie, j'ai du payer a 2 places, un peu de votre faute aussi!!!! je crois que je n'utiliser plus ******* pour mes reservations je vais reserver directement a l hotel, car nous allons toujours au Manoir Fermont.

Water debit / pressure was really low and the staff didn’t want to change the room for me even he has other available. The room is very outdated and beds and the floor are very noisy. The rooms are smelly and I had to sleep with open windows. I don’t want to go back to this place.

Great location in La Malbaie. Beautiful view of the River. Century old home, lovely inside although quite warn. Overall very clean and friendly staff. Stayed in the large room on top floor facing River. Part of balcony looks like it may collapse at any time. Exterior is significantly run down and the grounds are not cared for. It's a shame the place has not been kept up. It could be such a beautiful spot. Would not return. For the cost, there are many other beautiful places to stay near by.
