Las instalaciones son modernas y elegantes y sobre todo muy bien mantenidas. La atención de todo el personal es muy buena especialmente en el restaurante y el enojar. Esta situada en un paraje muy acogedor y con vistas a los viñedos. El restaurante tiene comida de muy buena calidad y como ya dije un gran servicio

El sitio está perfecto. La limpieza es impecable, y eso me encanta. El servicio de Spa está fenomenal y el trato del personal una maravilla. Es la segunda vez que vemos y repetiremos seguro porque además está a menos de una hora de Madrid. Si no le pongo un 5 es porque soy vegetariana y no tienen casi opciones en la carta ni me dieron mucha más alternativa. Pero estoy segura que es algo que mejorarán pronto.

We stayed at Finca La Estacada yet again on our sojourn thro' Spain simply because its the BEST! It always astonishes us as we feel each visit improves both in atmosphere, attention to detail & the quality of its menu. The staff are excellent & always aim to please. The food is first class & well deserving of the title of gastronomic centre of excellence for Cuenca. The meu del dia standard does not differ in quality or taste - its truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious & airy with seating. The bed is the height of luxury with super soft mattresses to ensure a good night's rest!! A visit around the vineyard & tasting of the wines is also a "must"! We can never find fault with anything during our stays - only maybe that we can't stay longer!! You will not be disappointed in a stay here!!

MUY RECOMENDABLE EN GENERAL, LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE ES EXQUISITA Y EL LUGAR UN ENCANTO, EL SPA PEQUEÑO PERO COMPLETISIMO. DIANA UNA PROFESIONAL MUY BUENA ESTA EN EL RESTAURANTE Y ES MUY COMPETENTE. LA CATA SI QUE ES MEJORABLE EN MUCHOS ASPECTOS PERO POR LO DEMAS MUY BIEN Y UNOS VINOS ESTUPENDOS.

La cocina que hacen en este restaurante es de un nivel increíble. He visitado muchos lugres y no recuerdo algo tan elaborado, variado y sabroso. Al igual que el trato de todo el servicio. Todo se cuida el mínimo detalle. SPA precioso y un vino buenísimo. la visita a la bodega con cata de vinos es muy recomendable. Y sobre todo, no ir solo un día y así poder probar la mayoría de platos. Deseando volver.

Muy bien la finca y el vino, pero la comida, dejémosla a parte. Si eres vegetariano, intolerante o vegano, ni vengas porque literalmente, no puedes comer nada. Espero que pongan aunque sea 1 triste plato para los que venimos acompañando , porque comí pan , y vino.

Una experiencia muy recomendable sin duda, empezando por la amabilidad del personal desde recepción hasta los camareros, las instalaciones una maravilla, la habitación preciosa y cabe destacar la limpieza. For the traveller this is a superb stopover close to the motorway from Madrid to southern Spain. Its on a vineyard & the hotel is first class in every aspect - large rooms, superbly appointed with the comfiest beds ever. Rooms look over the vineyard where guests can wander through the vines. The food is exquisite for any foodie- having a gastronomic menu including matching wines with each course. The staff are friendly & eager to help with most speaking English. If you have time, check out the spa which is a superb way to relax after a long drive. If you book half board, "media pension", then you'll be offered a" menu del dia " which is by no means of inferior standard - our meal was of the best standard ever for Spain!! Book early, you won't be disappointed!

En general todo ha sido muy bueno, he de destacar con respecto a otros sitios, los detalles que tienen con los clientes y preocupación porque todo esté a nuestro gusto. Calidad y servicio. La visita a la bodega con monólogo inmejorable…Me ha encantado todo en general pero destacaría esa atención al cliente. Volvería sin dudarlo.
