The cleaning staff does not respect silence by being loudly joking at 10 in the morning and when asked to lower their voices they tell me that it is time to get up and that is how they work.

We went with IMSERSO and spent nine great days. We were lucky with the room, high and in a corner, with a beautiful view of the Mar Menor; few saddles and room to leave things and clothes; big and comfortable bed. The somewhat old hotel, but renovated, with few elevators for so many people; well located, with direct access to a Mar Menor beach pick-up and 5 minutes from the Mediterranean; a step away from a taxi stop and close to the bus stop. At breakfast, churros, orange juice and machine coffee are always acceptable. The meal and dinner were quite varied, which were replenished regularly; the stews very well cooked and varied; variety of meat, less fish, also many sweet desserts and acceptable fruit. Very attentive waiters, sometimes few for so many people. Friendly and entertaining animators, with varied activities. Very professional cleaners. The right receptionists. The doctor and the nurse are excellent, very attentive and professional. They charge to use the indoor pool, the outside and the solarium area were closed.

Older hotel but clean and well located. The food is quite acceptable. We have been on an Inserso trip for ten days, I say this because in winter it is not the same. It is better to come with your own car although there is a bus stop very close. The animation is good.

The entertainment team was the best I've ever been to and I've been to many, Alberto, Toni, Jesús, Lorena.... All wonderful, the food was very good and the facilities very good although the rooms are a little old. We will repeat this year without a doubt.

Hotel rooted in the 60s, without significant renovations since then. Normal rooms for 2, but very small for 3. Since we had an extra bed, we couldn't move. The beds are very bad and low. After complaining at reception (the staff is the best at the hotel) they gave us a slightly larger room, and with a somewhat renovated bathroom. Very large for its three elevators, which means that there are continuous crowds going up and down. The restaurant (I only used it for breakfast) poor and very crowded. After having three nights reserved, I couldn't stand it and left early. To not be comfortable, it is better to lose money.

Completely outdated hotel with horrible food. I booked for 4 days but only managed to stay for 2 days. The rooms do not have any comfort, outdated furniture does not have 220v plugs to charge phones. The food is always based on pork, with little choice. The hotel does not deserve this 4 star rating. The only positive thing to highlight is the cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel for holidays. The hotel is well located and has good views, but on the other hand, all hotels are well located

We already knew the hotel and that is why we decided to return. It has disappointed us 1. The hotel is not bad but it needs a major facelift 2. The reception staff are arrogant and lack empathy, I had a small unforeseen event and apart from not solving it they were not in the mood either If it were me, they would go to the street and hire people who were more educated, willing to work and pleasant because they didn't even understand it themselves and thanks to them I won't come back again. 3. I was very surprised when they asked me 1 euro to use the pool lounger and even more when they asked me for almost 9 euros per cot/night. The best thing about the hotel is the beach bar and the location, but it is very old and the workers lack the desire to work. Very complicated parking and very little entertainment even though it is a hotel for children. The normal buffet, the food was not bad and you had a choice although I have seen better ones. Some very friendly waiters and others.... This hotel has more shadows than lights.
