The hotel is quite good and the treatment received was very good. The only negative was that you can't sell a room with a sea view as the one we were given barely saw the sea.

Excellent location and treatment of the staff. Beds a little uncomfortable and varied breakfast buffet, not bad in terms of quality but not incredible.

Lovely hotel it could do with a refurbishment in the bedroom department, lovely position right on the seafront. Staff were very nice and helpful, food was lukewarm although there was a microwave there. Bar was great very nice staff. Went with saga the rep was fabulous very helpful.

I was on fifth floor as I entered my room and went on balcony I was in heaven with the view it is beautiful, yes the rooms are a little tired but breakfast and location great very easy hotel to be in and the staff are great

The best thing about this hotel is the location,right across from the beach and a nice flat walk along the promenade to Altea.The food is mostly good,geared to Spanish tastes which suits me,it does improve at weekends when the Spanish guests arrive for their weekend of strictly dance routines. It’s the same old twosome doing the same old songs they have been playing for years,the entertainment certainly needs some life injecting into it,I gather a female singer has been given a spot for half an hour on Saturday and Sundays from 10.30pm. I found the cleaning was very hit and miss,my toilet had bleach applied only once in three weeks, the bleach stains are still on the corridor carpets which look dreadful in fact the whole place is badly in need of a refurbishment,the chair in my room was threadbare showing the stuffing, I asked for a replacement and got it the same day,housekeeping should have noticed this,we also had a very grumpy maid on our floor 4 who made a big scene when I requested a mattress topper. On the whole the staff were very accommodating particularly in the restaurant and bar.

La atención de recepción pésima , al llegar las habitaciones no estaban puedo entender , pero que vengan 3 autobuses les den las habitacione y a nosotros no ,que hasta la 13:30 no tienen porqué dar nos, la habitación y eran las 14:30 h y sin darnos la habitacion mientras al resto si .incluso llegando a las10 h de la mañana , y les dieron habitación se ve que hay preferencia de clientes luego teniamos contratado unos servicios y no lo cumplieron . Bastante decepcionados . Una pena
