#positive #I was happy with the Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Shops, Corridor Soundproofing, Hotel Smell; We forgot wallet with cash and debit card and credit card in my room in a hurry, when we found no wallet, we had checked out and left the hotel. We called this hotel, they immediately responded and looked for it at my room but could not found, but finally they found it at the laundry. We really appreciate all their work . Thank them so much for their time, patience and kindness . This hotel is 100% great!

Always love it here! The people at the front are so nice and accommodating and always make me feel so welcome!

Convenient environmental.

Pretty good business hotel

The hotel equipment is relatively new and the environment is OK. The price/performance ratio in Los Angeles is good.

The staff was very friendly and there is a supermarket, Popeyes, and Starbucks across the street. However, at the entrance of the hotel, there are a lot of people using ** candles, so ** the smell of ** candles is very strong.

Nice environment, convenient transportation

The day was great it was clean, neat the food at the restaurant with excellent. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they were in town.

we made a reservation including breakfast. but they didn't give breakfast coupon to me. so i asked about breakfast coupon then they checked it.

Decent place to stay. I would return if I need to stay in the area again. Could use some TLC in at least the room I stayed in. The carpet either needs some cleaning or replaced & the same with the tub in the bathroom. The restaurant can be commended. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast had a good variety & was also good.

Great staff and amenities in a very busy and central location. The cafe and restaurant as well as the fact that you’re right across from an In-N-Out and just off the freeway, close to the action, is great. The fact that the room was spacious, well appointed, clean and quiet, made it perfect. Check out the pub for good grub, drinks, and conversation with a classic old-school bartender as well as the locals that drop by for the same thing! Good times, indeed!

We were in a room for people with mobility issues. A walk in shower would have been much more helpful than a tub
