Well situated
Situated next to the slopes, so the hotel is very well situated. Big rooms, clean, good breakfast and a really nice jacuzzi. However, paper-thin walls, so the sound from neighbour's tv was as if it was in our room. Internet did not work for one of our days. (And I was told at reception that the system could not be rebooted as they were expected a phone call.) I found it overpriced and will book one of the other hotels near the slope for my next ski adventure.

Sitio ideal para desconectar
Hotel ideal como lugar de desconexión. Las habitaciones, amplias, nuevas y limpias satisfacen las necesidades perfectamente.
El buffet de desayunos, amplio y muy bien atendido por el personal, y el spa, aunque finalmente no pudimos ir, atendido por un personal muy atento.

Espace Welness à fuir!
L'espace Welness ne vaut pas le coup, 20 euros pour 40mn, avec un sauna en panne, de l'eau trop froide dans le jaccuzi, une douche à jets dont la moitié ne fonctionne pas, le peu qui reste pas terrible, et un mauvais accueil. De plus aucun affichage des tarifs et offre à ce sujet, il y a un problème pour ce service.
Le reste du séjour à l'hôtel est correct, à part l'oubli d'une reservation d'1 repas, mais qui a pû être rattrapé

Tot molt bé. Però em sembla una deficiència important que la majoria del personal no tan sols no et poden atendre amb català sinó que ni tan sols l'entenen.
Em sembla que en un establiment turístic que no et puguin atendre amb la llengua oficial és molt greu.

La recepcionista del Spa es la prepotencia personificada. Todo normas y otdsn. Respira y deja vivir. La gente en un spa va a relajatse y no va a que la inquisición le petsiga. Amargas al personal. Sin duda es lo peor del hotel. Gracias por amargarnos

Aunque era un hotel “top” situado en un enclave estratégico (sobretodo para los esquiadores) a pie de pista, ya llevo observando desde hace unos años, que las tareas de mantenimiento brillan por su ausencia. Hay habitaciones que necesitan “arreglos”urgentes. Si no lo hacen de manera acelerada, la degradación del hotel será irreversible. Otro punto a mejorar sería el wifi (inexistente en las habitaciones) y el personal; sumamente aristo. Recomiendo llevar chanclas para la ducha. Hotel muy confortable en lugar tranquilo ,fuera de temporada de esquí, personal muy amable tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Camas cómodas y habitación amplia. Buenas vistas. El desayuno variado y buena calidad. Dispone de aparcamiento aunque en temporada se puede aparcar en frente del hotel sin problemas.
