I was in one of the rooms on a lower floor. It had no window and was gloomy, but clean and comfortable.

great hotel! It is located near mercado de las brujas. The guy at the reception was very kind and willing to help us. If you are sensitive to noise, it would be a little bit hard. Overall, I strongly recommend this hote!!

The front desk staff is super nice, and the hotel is in a nice area with good restaurants around.

The location of the property is good. It’s close to Witch Market. There is a water purifier so you don't have to buy water. I liked that the staff was friendly

Hotel in the center, a very nice place. We didn't have breakfast because we had to leave very early. We only stayed one night, but I would have liked to have stayed longer. The bed linen and towels were impeccable. The bathroom was very clean, everything was organized. Everything that was advertised was there. A great hair dryer. Lots of hot water. Excellent service, with precise information. Only praise.

The front desk staff were really kind and helpful. The rooms on the road side and the rooms on the inside have very different impressions, but they are both clean and nice. The hot shower has good water pressure and is very powerful.

Although there is a language barrier, the front desk service is very good, the explanation is clear and the service is in place.
