Really lovely hotel with a very modern theme to it. It’s very close to a cable car station too which is handy

Check in was done promptly and well, although we only arrived at 5.00 AM in the morning. Location is also good, close to cable car stations servicing the blue and white lines.

Great location, next to cable car station and walkable to many restaurant nearby. Downstairs is a shopping mall and able to get some food there

Excellent value for money, relaxing and great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the dinner time staff at the restaurant. David was so friendly, he was the reason we kept eating at the restaurant instead of going out.

Room Clean, Polite staffs, excellent location surround by grocery shop, shopping complex and lot of good food around. Most of the facility such as massage, sauna closed on Sunday.

The location is superb as it is next to the cable car station. The views from the bedroom were amazing and the receptionist was so warm and welcoming upon check-in.

The entire glass building has nothing to do with the hotel. Only the 5th floor (front desk plus the lobby) and the guest room floor on the 12th floor belong to the hotel. The room size does not match the order. The room is too small because it is made of glass. The room is too hot during the day and the room is too hot at night. It's super cold. The air conditioning is not turned on but it lied to us that it was turned on. I am a guest. Photocopying in the hotel costs more than 2 yuan per piece of paper, which is unheard of. The service attitude at the front desk is particularly poor. The breakfast variety is mediocre. The hotel price is inflated.

The hotel is good, but the service needs to be improved.

房間不大，床也不大，但床很舒服，早餐還算豐富，服務人員很熱情、服務也很周到，出路很方便、吃東西也很方便

清潔で安全な場所にあり、スタッフの方々が皆さんとても優しかったです。ドライヤー、エアコン、冷蔵庫があり。バスルームも広いです。次の日朝早く経つため朝食を食べれない私のためにランチボックスを用意してくれました。 強いて言えばシャワーの水圧が少し弱いですが南米では全然アリな範囲内だと思います。
