Hôtel sympa mais vieillissant. La literie est très confortable, les produits de douche sentent vraiment très bon ! Par contre le ménage laisse à désirer, c’est dommage. L’endroit est calme, reposant et le personnel est très sympathique.

Bel hôtel dans l’ensemble, les chambres restes cependant un peu viellotte mais sont fonctionnel et fidèles à la chaîne Novotel en terme de confort.

Chambre bien quoique un peu petite, très calme et le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Très pratique le parking gratuit. Il y a des jeux gratuits dans le hall et des BD à disposition. Hôtel très bien placé pour découvrir La Rochelle à pied.

Un peu déçus par cet hôtel 4* . La chambre est un peu étroite ,la literie trop molle, la fenêtre donnant sur des barres d'immeuble, et qu'on ne doit pas ouvrir en raison de punaises de bois ! la salle de bain est exigüe avec sa porte vitrée donnant sur la chambre et touchant le lit .Nous avions annulé le Mercure du vieux port car ils nous avaient prévenus être en travaux. Dans ce Novotel quand nous avons cherché le bar on nous a dit qu'il était fermé pour cause de travaux , mais là nous n'avions pas été prévenus et à 9h30 nous avons eu droit au bruit d'une perceuse et pendant 1/4 d'heure , puis par intermittence jusqu'à notre départ. Le petit déjeuner à 18€ par personne est hors de prix pour du pain et des viennoiseries: pas d'oeufs, pas de charcuterie, pas de fromage.. eau tiède pour le thé Pour finir sur une bonne note le personnel est agréable , le dîner était correct , 86€ quand même. Bref opinion mitigée sur cet établissement du groupe Accor , chez qui nous avons connu bien mieux en novembre à Caen.
