Magnifique hôtel à la décoration soignée. Le personnel est adorable et très chaleureux, surtout au petit déjeuner qui d’ailleurs est extrêmement bien achalandé.
Très bon moment dans cet hôtel dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😉

Très bonne localisation de l’hôtel. Les parties communes comme les chambres sont décoré avec goût. Le bar et le restaurant sont de bonne qualité et le service est rapide. La fontaine d’eau est un plus, avoir de l’eau fraîche en permanence est agréable. Le parking est pratique mais les tarifs sont élevés.

Very nice hotel in a great location overlooking the harbour and adjacent to the aquarium. Comfortable room and bed, the room was nice a clean with good facilities. Reception staff were excellent helping my wife with a lost iPad left in a sister hotel in Rouen. Private parking, take a ticket on entry and pay at the barrier when leaving. Would recommend.

Repas d’équipe à une dizaine de personnes. Nous avons consommé sans compter (6 bouteilles de bon vin et digestifs), Plus de 1000€ de facture. Aucun petit geste commercial, ni café ni autre chose. C’est regrettable de ne pas avoir un simple geste de reconnaissance. Soit la direction ne donne pas cette latitude et ils font l’impasse sur un fondamental du commerce, soit elle donne la latitude au manager sur place, et c’est encore plus regrettable que cela ne soit pas mis en œuvre. De notre côté, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Super accueil. La suite avec jacuzzi est parfaite. (seule petite amélioration, pouvoir être moins visible du port lorsque nous sommes sur le terrasse et jacuzzi). Le restaurant pour l'anniversaire de ma femme était parfait avec un tarif très attractif. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est juste énorme et très bon. Donc nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons séjourner au Mercure Vieux-Port de La Rochelle pour un weekend, la chambre était très agréable, tout est parfaitement propre. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien également, ainsi que la proximité de l'hôtel avec l'Aquarium et le centre ville. Il est très facile d'y séjourner pour faire un peu de tourisme rochelais.
