Accès difficile en automobile mais bien praticable grâce aux explications de la réceptionniste (par internet). Super accueil. La chambre est petite mais très confortable et propre. Très calme aussi. La literie est très confortable. Le parking est très petit mais correctement accessible. Les prix sont corrects. Bon établissement. Je le recommande.

Très belle établissement. Les chambres sont agréables, et propres. Le personnel est avenant, à l écoute en un mot le client est au centre de ses préoccupations des femmes de chambres au responsable. Le petit point négatif : les chambres côtés rue donnent sur un placé avec des restos qui sont bruyants. Nous y reviendrons.

L'hôtel est proche de la gare, proche du Vieux-Port, proche du centre-ville historique, l'accueil est sympathique la chambre bien que petite est très confortable... Si on ajoute le personnel très sympathique, et le petit-déjeuner buffet très copieux avec des bons produits, on peut dire qu'on a là un très bon rapport qualité-prix 👍

Hôtel très classe mais ... Est t il normal de devoir demander une petite bouteille d eau quand on arrive a 2 ? Est t il logique d avoir des retours un peu hautain lors de cette demande ? Est t il normal de devoir demander 2 chaises pour se poser sur la terrasse car ces dernières sont attachées et que néanmoins on ns répond que ce n est pas possible. Est t il normal, lors de notre résa, de demander 2 lits séparés et non la chambre privilège car ns sommes 2 soeurs et que ns préférons chacune le même lit et d arriver dans la fameuse chambre privilège ... Pourquoi téléphoner pour expliquer ce problème dont on ne tient pas compte ? ... Sinon bel hôtel bien situé dans le centre de la rochelle

Idéalement placé, on profite des avantages de proximité du port et du centre ville mais sans en subir les inconvénients. L'hôtel est agréable, les chambres propres et fonctionnelles : tout y est même le sèche-cheveux et le coffre fort. Le personnel est accueillant et très disponible. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien garni autant en salé qu'en sucré. Et vous pouvez également grignoter sur demande. L'espace RDC est structuré pour permettre le travail, la lecture, les conversations, tout en respectant la tranquillité de chacun. Le parking privé payant (conseillé) permet de garer son véhicule à portée sans subir les contraintes de stationnement sur la voie publique (disponibilité, parcmètre). Bref, un excellent camp de base pour visite le coin

Rien à redire ,tout parfait !! Nous sommes même restés une nuit de plus.. Superbe accueil, bonne literie ,au calme, bon petit déjeuner.. Restauration sur place ,planche apero,où même menu...du personnel à la réception jeune et très pro,un plaisir. Vraiment très agréable, comme chez nous !!! Allez-y sans crainte.

We stayed here for our 50th wedding anniversary and what a great choice it turned out to me. Recently renovated, this boutique hotel shows great attention to detail. The Junior suite was spotless and the bed supremely comfortable - extra long beds for those who struggle with the standard size. Large walk in shower and high end fittings. Large choice of breakfast, including scrambed eggs, crispy bacon pieces etc. and the usual patisserie, cereals, fruit, cheese, charcuterie. Something for everyone whatever their taste. Three things I noticed in La Rochelle - bikes, scooters and suitcases on wheels while folks trekked the distance from their hotel to the large public car parks. Icing on the cake - private parking inside the hotel - not many of those choices in La Rochelle so close to the old port. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

On était venu il y a une dizaine d'années. Toujours aussi bien. Bien positionné pour le centre ville. Literie ferme et chambre très propre. Hôtel impeccable. Petit déjeuner continental, fruit frais, certains produits fait maison, très bons (vaut le prix). Seul bémol, une 40ene de places de parking vraiment pas grandes mais très utile.
