Hôtel cher 100 euros pour 2 personnes, plus parking et un chien la nuit) car les chambres sont très sommaire, voir vieillotte, on avait deux grandes fenêtres en angle sans volet avec juste des rideaux trop court qui ne cachait pas le jour. La salle de bain très tristounette, un wc proche du trou qui sert de douche avec une tringle et un vieux rideau taché, grisonnant qui traine au sol et les murs étaient limite taché bref très vieux. la cuisine, il n'y a même pas une éponge, ni un torchon pour laver et essuyer la vaisselle. Par contre, la literie est parfaite et le personnel est adorable.

Séjour dans ce lieu a été agréable, situé pas loin du centre (12mns à pied) surtout téléchargez l'itinéraire sur votre smartphone pour aller de la gare à l'appartement si nous n'avez pas le sens de l'orientation comme moi !

Vétuste et sale. Prix bien trop élevé pour cette chambre. Équipement viellot La moquette très sale, le sol de la salle de bain collait...beurk. Nous n'avons pas osé utiliser la Bouilloire ni le micro ondes qui dégageait une odeur vieille de plusieurs séjours...

Bien que LEGEREMENT vieillissant (moquette), cet appart'hotel reste très propre, possède le nécessaire, et la personne à la reception est très aimable et serviable. Le parking extérieur semble suffisant, et il y a aussi un parking sous terrain (que nous n'avons pas utilisé).
Petit détail technique : si vous vous bataillez avec la plaque chauffante, ne faites pas comme nous qui avions le regard fixé sur les touches, mais levez les yeux : face à nous, au dessus de la plaque, était la notice expliquant la raison pour laquelle nous n'arrivions pas à faire fonctionner les feux après avoir appuyé sur le bouton marche/Arrêt : la sécurité était enclenchée, et il suffisait de déverouiller la sécurité. ;-)
Si nous revenons à la Rochelle, nous reviendrons sûrement.

Nous n’avons fait qu’une escale d’une nuit. Lit très confortable et petite cuisine pratique, très gentil accueil …. Appart’City est un bon compromis avec un rapport qualité vraiment correct avec tout de même des aménagements un peu vieillot….
Nous reviendrons pour de très courts séjours.

We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful.
I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard.
The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things for me.
The bathroom was a bit tired. But everything worked.
The hotel was very pet friendly. It is as a great base for a short break in La Rochelle for the last couple of hot days in October.
