The swimming pool is great, the perfect place to spend a good holiday and have a pleasant time in a lush garden.

Cet hôtel a la plus belle plage de l’île.
Par contre tout le reste est malheureusement navrant.
Sauf les équipes de restauration qui se donnent un maximum pour vous satisfaire.
Si vous cherchez un service digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles n’y allez pas.
Personne durant votre séjour ne vous demande si tout se passe bien et encore moins au départ de l’hôtel.
Le directeur passe devant vous et ne vous calcul même pas

Très bel hotel, avec une bonne situation géographique. "Les plus": accès direct à la plage, la piscine magnifique. Le personnel est Très agréable, mention spéciale à Marie Jo et Marlene, toujours souriantes ainsi qu'à Maxime et Gwenaél! La restauration est très bonne, même si les tarifs sont un peu élevés à mon goût (15 euros la mousse au chocolat🤦♀️) Efficacité également au niveau de la maintenance, notre problème de télécommande a été résolu en moins de 5mn. Cependant selon moi l'hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles, il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement notamment au niveau des chambres et surtout dans les salles de bain (vieillotes peu pratiques et étroites). Nous gardons tout de même un bon souvenir de notre venue.

Cet hôtel est très bien placé et sa structure est agréable au bord du lagon mais il ne mérite clairement pas 5 étoiles. Chambres vieillotes, salles de bains défraîchies et old school, traces sales sur les murs. Restaurants pas terribles et chers pour ce que c’est. Nous avons du dîner à l’hôtel tous les soirs car notre fils a été malade (suite au premier repas à l’hôtel!) et refus sec et désagréable de l’hôtesse de nous appliquer le tarif demi pension, déjà exhorbitant pour la qualité du buffet servi… Bref, en aucun cas un 5 étoiles…

J'ai passé 6 jours dans cet établissement. Séjour très agréable. Service impeccable. L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant, toujours un petit mot gentil pour les clients. Les restaurants sont très bien. Établissement calme, d'une grande propreté. Chambre spacieuse. (problème télé, 10mn après c'était réglé) grande réactivité.Tout est prévu pour que le client passe un agréable sejour. Pur bonheur à la plage et piscine. Le personnel à l'accueil est d'une disponibilité exceptionnelle pour renseigner, conseiller, organiser. Il y a vraiment tout pour passer un séjour de rêve. Mon prochain séjour à La Réunion se fera dans cet établissement, il mérite vraiment les 5*. Merci pour tout.

Une incroyable "re" découverte. 1 an et demi que nous ne sommes pas retourné au sein de cet hôtel car trop déçu. Nous avons tenté ce week end et la "whaou" quelle amélioration tant du côté" humain qu'alimentaire ... un accueil au top avec verre d'accueil et ses brochettes de fruits... Le restaurant "la plage"très bon, très bon accueil, une jolie décoration... Au niveau des chambres, un coup de neuf pourrait être prévue mais la notre était très bien. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons...!
