Buona sera stati al mont blanc un paio di giorni hotel bellissimo , ma non darei le 5 stelle : la spa piccola con piscina interna poco calda nelle saune la gente entra in ciabatte e costume! Ma non si dovrebbe ! Tanti non lo sanno e l hotel non lo segnala !La colazione per conto mio è da 3 stelle!!Poco vasta e i piatti fatti al momento non sono un gra che!

Having just spent an evening at Relais Mont Blanc, we were a little underwhelmed by the overall experience. With this being a 5 star property one would expect a concierge service upon arrival, with valet parking provided. The rooms were average in terms of quality and comfort. The views however were very nice, as was the Spa experience we had massages booked. Not withstanding that there was not a table in the main restaurant to accommodate us in the evening, the general service of the bistro was let down by lack of staff to the point of which we retired to bed early as the lovely barman was too busy. From a price point of view we feel this was not appropriately reflected.

We got married in La Salle and had our wedding reception at the Relais Mont Blanc Hotel, as well as staying in the hotel for the weekend. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and we had such a wonderful weekend. The bedrooms were very luxurious and the lounge was very cosy especially with the fire on. Tiziana and her team were fabulous, and they made sure that the whole weekend went very smoothly and that we had everything we wanted. Our wedding day was incredible and Tiziana made sure that the whole day went smoothly, her and her team were there to assist us and our guests with anything we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef is very talented, his meals were exquisite, and very well presented. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as it is pure luxury and the setting is amazing. If you're thinking about getting married here, then please do, you won't regret it! We had the most magical weekend and we made wonderful memories. Thank you to Tiziana and all her staff, I would not hesitate to go back, and will definitely go back again. Tiziana organised the whole wedding for us, and she did a wonderful job!

A pochi chilometri da Courmayeur, un relais accogliente in stile valdostano; lo staff estremamente cortese e gentile. Un grande camino scalda la longe durante tutta la giornata. Una SPA con personale qualificato per massaggi rilassanti ed un'area benessere dove ritrovare se stessi. Grazie di cuore a tutti... ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

Inferiore alle aspettative rispetto al prezzo pagato. Arredamento datato e triste, spa con piscina interna piccola e vecchiotta, piscina esterna non riscaldata, reclamizzato percorso in grotta ridicolo. Prima colazione triste . Positivo il silenzio, belli i soffitti.

Una notte con la famiglia, all’arrivo ore 15.30 non era ancora pronta la nostra stanza (check in ore 15). Molto trafelati dopo 20 minuti ci assegnano una stanza diversa, il percorso per arrivarci era ad ostacoli tra bustoni neri di panni sporchi e immondizia, tolti solo la sera. Personale nuovo nom sapeva come accompagnarci in stanza. A colazione la macchina del caffè si rompe, colazione senza caffè….massaggio di coppia 190€ assolutamente mediocre. Io dico che ci può stare il disguido, ci hanno dichiarato problemi con il personale e sicuramente siamo stati sfortunati ma per un hotel come questo mi sarei aspettato almeno le scuse verbali della direzione se non qualcosa in più. Invece nulla. Al check out pago tutto arrivederci e grazie. Imparano se iniziano a vedere meno gente per cui invito a non andarci. Noi non torneremo sicuro.

You get exactly what is advertised. A luxury calm alp experience with beautiful views over Mont Blanc. We stayed in one of the junior suites which was amazing. Good cleaning, wonderful spa, super friendly staff, excellent parking with elevator directly to the rooms. We celebrated New Year’s Eve in the fantastic restaurant La Fenetre with spectacular fireworks ending. If you like skiing the Courmayeur ski system or La Thuile is just 20 minutes away.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente dotata di una spa con bravissimo massaggiatore e ottima area piscina e grotta. La direttrice è molto attenta alle esigenze dei clienti e cerca di accontentare la clientela con il massimo impegno. Stanza molto bella, colazione ottima.
