L'albergo è posizionato in località centrale
A pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni ed è vicinissimo a negozi, ristoranti, musei e al lungomare. La mia camera era molto silenziosa. Un po' piccola per due, ma io ero sola e quindi per me è andata bene Pulizia ottima. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. No colazione, purtroppo. Ma ho potuto avere comunque il mio cappuccino (anche caffè e thè). In camera c'era anche un bollitore. (importantissimo per me). L;'edificio è buon po' vecchiotto, ma, per chi è in vacanza, non è poi così importante. Per me, almeno. Lo sceglierei di nuovo

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. I enjoyed it. Easy walk everywhere and very safe day or night. Walk to train or boat for Cinque Terra trips without paying the high price for hotels in the towns. I love La Spezia

Un peu onereux par rapport au confort de la chambre. Les photos sur internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Salle de bain : une seule lumière au plafond les autres ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de petit dejeuner. Sinon bon accueil et bien situé au centre de la Spezia.

Very good location, perfect for my purpose.
Receptionist very helpful and thoughtful in her communication with me as a hotel guest.
As with most hotels only criticism small pieces of soap irritating to use also sachets of shower soap dreadful to open and use.. ;
cleaners were evident very early in morning, difficult to relax; finally size of shower room slightly miserable, probably could have been designed slightly larger within overall room space. Thank you

Hotel 2 stelle situato nel pieno centro di La Spezia. Camere molto belle, ristrutturate da poco con letti molto comodi. Bagno piccolissimo e completamente da ristrutturare: si fa fatica a muoversi e quando si fa la doccia si allaga il pavimento in quanto c'è solo una tendina (peraltro poco igienica) per protezione. Camere molto pulite e silenziose. Personale molto cortese. Ci sono solo 2 posti auto riservati all'hotel sulla strada ma che vanno prenotati con la stanza se si vuole evitare di impazzire a cercare parcheggio. Non viene servita la colazione ma ci sono numerosi bar nei dintorni

Decent location and the staff were friendly but the actual room was poor. Felt like the whole hotel was run down. In the room there was paint and plaster falling off the wall and doesn't seem like any basic maintenance has happened for many years.

El hotel es muy sencillo. El baño pequeño pero limpio. No hay que esperar algo de un hotel 5 estrellas pero está bien ubicado y cómodo. El desayuno es muy rico. El personal super amable. Ayudan explican y están muy dispuestos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente si el plan es solo ir a dormir. Si es qued**** más en el hotel y descansar no tanto.
