Extremely clean, close to train station and the many restaurants, cafes and bars. Could not find any faults whatsoever. Delia, the perfect host, very helpful and always messaging to see if everything is ok. Pastries for breakfast delivered to your door every morning Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alla stazione da cui partono i treni per le 5 terre. Camera molto accogliente, pulita e confortevole. La nostra assistente Delia è stata puntuale e precisa e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui ristoranti. Consigliatissimo!!!

Excellent location and value for money, clean place and friendly staff, very near to train station if visiting Cinque Terre and other places in Liguria. Staff is very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this place if stay in La Spezia

An excellent place, near the train station. The room has all the services and every morning a good breakfast is waiting for you at the door. All is very nice. Asia has sent to us a lot of proposals to our travel. We’ll repeat the experience if we go again to Cinque Terre.

Camera molto carina ed accogliente, ben curata, pulita. Avevamo con noi il nostro micio, e ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza delle ciotoline, del cibo ed un cuscino. Torneremo sicuramente! Comodissima anche la posizione, a due passi dal centro

La pulizia è impeccabile, camera accogliente con tutto ciò che serve e personale pronto per ogni necessità. La mattina hanno recapitato brioches e focaccine fresche davvero un ottima colazione Unica pecca le camere poco insonorizzate si sentono i vicini e il treno.

Very good price/quality ratio , close to railstation conection to Cinque Terre , valuable information provided by Sara , optimal breakfast with fresh pastry and espresso.Very clean , close to Carrefour express , walking street and 15’ to food market.
