Eva Affittacamere

We based out of La Spezia for our trip to Cinque Terre and chose Eva Affittacamare for the accommodations, and we are so happy we did! We had two of the three rooms and they were very nice, super clean and very conveniently located. The added bonus was Eva herself. She was extremely helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants, and then usually calling them herself to make us a reservation. She gave us her WhatsApp number and she was always checking in on us and giving recommendations. Such a nice bonus! Location is perfect, a 10 minute walk to the train station, and close to many many restaurants. But it was off the main street so it was quiet and safe. We loved our stay at Eva Affittacamare and loved Eva! We will be back.

I had the privilege of staying at the EVA Affittacamere apartment in La Spezia for two days and I can sincerely say that it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was superlative - from the communication with the host to the comfort of the room and the perfect location. Our host was a warm and attentive presence, even though we didn't have the chance to meet in person. Her availability on WhatsApp throughout our stay, her constant attention to ensure we were comfortable, and her valuable suggestions about places to visit and restaurants to try, created a bond with us and made us feel at home. The room was exemplary. Modern and extremely clean, with a quality design and an atmosphere filled with good energy, the rooms provided us with an almost hotel-like experience. We especially appreciated the daily cleaning and towel change, a detail that adds a touch of luxury to the stay. Although we only spent two days here, the little details made the difference - from the water, coffee, and sweets offered, to the possibility of leaving our luggage at the property after check-out. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing us with the best nights of sleep. Last but not least, the location was a major bonus. In a few minutes by train, we were already in the heart of Cinque Terre, discovering its wonderful landscapes. The room looked exactly like in the photos and it was a pleasant surprise to see that reality exceeded expectations. In conclusion, EVA Affittacamere is a place I would gladly return to, and the fantastic experience I had there makes me recommend it with the utmost confidence to anyone looking for the perfect place to visit La Spezia and Cinque Terre. This was not just accommodation, but a memorable experience, thanks to the exceptional host and the superior level of comfort offered.
