Ho soggiornato due notti, nel periodo Natalizio, in questo affittacamere. La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova subito a fianco la stazione centrale, le camere sono dotate di tutti i confort (aria condizionata, cassetta di sicurezza, frighetto, bollitore per tè, phon e set di cortesia). Luca e mamma gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. La sera che sono arrivata la reception era chiusa ma hanno provveduto a illustrarmi via messaggio, con tanto di singole foto, come effettuare il self check-in senza problemi, quindi direi che l'organizzazione è stata impeccabile.

Tiny, noisy, no way to close shades to keep sun out.
No lights in stairway to 3rd floor. No elevator. Like a bad hostel.

Less than 3 minutes walk from the train station. Perfect base for touring Cinque Terre, moreover, Le Spezia is a very lovely town, charming and pretty in her own way. Everything was perfect, the gentleman at the desk, Luca always had a smile on his face, he is the reason that we keep going back to this wonderful country.

Nous sommes venus à quatre couples. L'accueil a été très sympathique et grâce aux informations de Laura nous avons dîné dans une excellente pizzeria à proximité de l'établissement et pour un prix très raisonnable. Les chambres sont spacieuses bien équipées avec de grands lits confortables très propres. Nous avons rejoint la zone piétonne située à deux pas et qui rejoint le port. Nous avons également apprécié le parking sécurisé. Excellent rapport qualité prix..Tout était parfait

We liked the excellent location, good value, clean room, good A/C, and most importantly, fantastic host! We had a great 2-night stay at Lunamar and enjoyed our visit to Cinque Terre. Luca, thanks for letting us stayed in Lunamar’s courtyard while we’re waiting for our train to Milan.
