I stayed two nights, during the Chris**as period, in this guest house. The location is excellent as it is located immediately next to the central station, the rooms are equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, safe, fridge, tea kettle, hairdryer and courtesy set). Luca and mother were very kind and helpful. The evening I arrived the reception was closed but they showed me via message, complete with individual photos, how to self check-in without problems, so I would say that the organization was impeccable.

No lights in stairway to 3rd floor. No elevator. Like a bad hostel.

Less than 3 minutes walk from the train station. Perfect base for touring Cinque Terre, moreover, Le Spezia is a very lovely town, charming and pretty in her own way. Everything was perfect, the gentleman at the desk, Luca always had a smile on his face, he is the reason that we keep going back to this wonderful country.

We came as four couples. The welcome was very friendly and thanks to Laura's information we had dinner in an excellent pizzeria close to the establishment and for a very reasonable price. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with large, very clean, comfortable beds. We reached the pedestrian zone located a stone's throw away and which joins the port. We also appreciated the secure parking. Excellent value for money..Everything was perfect

We liked the excellent location, good value, clean room, good A/C, and most importantly, fantastic host! We had a great 2-night stay at Lunamar and enjoyed our visit to Cinque Terre. Luca, thanks for letting us stayed in Lunamar’s courtyard while we’re waiting for our train to Milan.
