From the moment we arrived, Elisa was incredibly helpful. Telling us where to park, how to take the train, giving us a bottle of the most delicious wine, giving us recommendations on places to eat. She made us feel like we were at home. Her husband was also so kind to us. The hotel was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot and the WiFi worked perfectly. Ice machine in the hallway with fresh lemons for the water. Little candies for the kids, cups, wine openers, wine glasses in the room. Vending machines in the front lobby if you needed a snack or drink late night. Free breakfast at the cutest cafe a short walk down the street. They really have thought of everything. It’s a small hotel but feels more like a bed and breakfast. A 5 minute walk to the train station. Delicious restaurants all around us. It truly is the perfect location with the perfect service. I wish we could stay here a thousand more times.

We could not have had a better experience in La Spezia. There are not many hotels in the area and it was great. It is very close to the Cinque Terre train station. The hosts were amazing and made the trip special with excellent restaurant recommendations and parking arrangements. The micro hotel is in a big old building but when you arrive the rooms are big and comfortable. The only drawback was the very small old elevator which we used to transport our luggage.

Alisa was Amazing host Soo friendly greeting at door room was clean and tolerant that other’s place do not offer or charge for Beautiful view What ever room But would say the street view over the town and Mountain the best And the room was very quiet A definite go to I will be back to stay longer very nice experience

Beautiful room, staff are very common and really close to that main station for transportation purposes. Definitely recommend, offloading is difficult, however if you have your own vehicle!

Elisa was a wonderful host - right from check in to check out, we had an amazing experience. Elisa was very prompt with her responses, the room was clean, 5 min walk from Centrale station and the Square. She gave us great recommendations on the restaurants, places to shop and explore the town in addition to guidance on our trip to Cinque Terra and Pisa.
