Splendid location, panoramic view of the gulf, extreme cleanliness of the accommodation. Total availability of Francesca who, with kindness and patience, welcomed us, advised us and pampered us throughout our stay. Definitely coming back.

Staff were totally delightful - the owner very nice, helpful and full of tips on what to go visit and the rooms were super clean - nice view over the ****nal and the bay, nice little swimming pool and area - lovely breakfast. However it is way out of the town with a half hour walk, a third of which a downhill or back up a hill. Fine if you are young or fit and able, really not great if not. Without a car you are really quite isolated. There are buses but they stop around 8pm and the timetable can be a bit random. No decent restaurants nearby apart from a local pizzeria and a small mini-market at bottom of the hill if you want to get a few things to eat at the villa. Lots and lots of outside tiled steps to get up and down the property with no railing again not great if you are not fit and able. We had to rely on taxis to get in and out.

Pleasant setting, spacious room (with kitchenette) and clean, welcoming staff. Good value for money. Car essential to get to the station or port. Parking at the side of the road but always plenty of space. Ideal location for visiting the 5 Terres. We had a great time.

Disappointed by our stay at Villa Nina The staff is friendly, the exterior of the villa is also very pleasant, but that’s it! The hotel is very far from the center, (35 Min and we have a good pace) from the station and the port, plus the road is not at all pleasant. The room we had was not pleasant at all, on the side of the road, very old (the decor is still from the 70s), and the bedding is a wooden board, I didn't sleep for 3 days. Indeed the room is not expensive but for me it was not worth it all the same Too bad because the exteriors are really magnificent

I can only fully confirm all reviews with a very critical score. For me it was the worst experience travelling around the globe since more than 40 years. The studio was really like a jail. With such a mismatch between founded expectation and reality we left immediately what costed us > 1200 Euro as the intermediate agency, Easyreserve, requested full prepayment and was unwilling to compensate anything. The reaction of the owner on our complaint and on the critical reviews of others is of such an unappropriate level that you can only conclude : avoid at any price. Luckely our stay ended well because we found ad hoc by far better and cheaper options.

I chose this property because I had already stayed in the past during the Covid period and I found it very good. I can't say the same after 2 years. Very lived in room, the extremely kind lady at the reception welcomed us late in the evening but did not notice how a customer was keeping the volume of the TV very high nor did she smell the smell of smoke coming from the rooms where smoking should not be done..... temperature in the room 17 degrees, air conditioner switched to heat pump goes directly into error... Sleeping in the cold is really disheartening!! Exaggerated room cost for what the structure offers today!! There is a lot of work to do to get back to what it was and you need to pay more attention to the people you host in your facility!!

Beautiful structure. Friendly and helpful staff for every request, abundant buffet breakfast and all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. We were able to bring our dog who was very welcome. To return.

The most comfortable 5 night stay at the truly charming Villa Nina, La Spezia. Very clean rooms and toilets with showers. Lovely poolside lounge, breakfast managed very pleasantly by Roberta. And ofcourse Francesca the manager who took care of our every need, including allowing us to add a family member on the last two days without charging us extra. And on our last evening when it rained, their lovely bistro was opened up for our boisterous family of 8 for our take-away dinner. Which by the way was the most awesome indian meal from an indian restaurant downtown...a much needed break from pastas and pizzas. Villa Nina is a peaceful haven with a glorious view of the Port, and just a 6 minute cab ride or a 20 minute easy walk to downtown. Thank you to the entire Villa Nina team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.
