We had an apartment / 1 Bedroom with Balcony. Views across Hills looking over Town La Spezia in distance..Imaculate Rooms and lovely size bathroom and Good size shower. We were a family of 3 Adults.
Very peaceful welcoming and the swimming pool shared absolute bonus..

Der Besitzer ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir mussten aus persönlichen Gründen schon nach einer Nacht abreisen und er ist uns wirklich sehr entgegen gekommen. Der Ausblick vom Hotel zu den Bergen ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet aber haben alles was man braucht.

El lugar está en un ambiente espectacular con una hermosa vista y fragancias de lavanda, romero y jazmín La atención del dueño fue muy amable nos explicó con todo el detalle todas las actividades a hacer en la zona con los mejores tips y recomendaciones. La habitación muy completa con cocina y un bello balcón con una vista bellísima. Lo único, es que las almohadas no eran tan cómodas y que se mete mucho la luz en la mañana. En carro es como a 15 minutos de La Spezia, si no tienen carro no es recomendable qued**** allí

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille. L'accueil est top et le personnel très patient car nous ne parlons pas l'italien et très peu l'anglais. Le studio spacieux et très propre. Le cadre avec la piscine juste majestueux.

Propriété extrêmement bien tenue aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Située sur la colline la vue sur la ville de La Spezia est magnifique. On aperçoit la mer. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et de bons conseils tant pourl'organisation des visites au Cinque Terre que pour le choix des restaurants à proximité . La piscine est impeccable , très agréable au retour des visites.

Hyggelig lejlighed med køkken og badeværelse. Aircondition virkede dejligt i varmen. Fantastisk smukke omgivelser og dejligt pool område. Der er ikke restaurant, men der er mange hyggelige restauranter i området.

Agriturismo immerso nella quiete, ben curato, con una bellissima vista panoramica. Ampio solarium e piscina. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e prodighi di informazioni su ciò che si può visitare nei dintorni. Un luogo dove lo sguardo può spaziare, e lo spirito rigenerarsi.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata(ROOM ATHENA) fa parte dell'interno dell'appartamento in cui vive il proprietario. Nulla da dire sulla qualità e sulla comodità della stessa e anche del bagno con una doccia di tutto rispetto. Utilizzo booking da anni viaggiando in giro per il mondo ma questa volta forse non sono stato molto attento alla tipologia di soggiorno che veniva proposto (forse poco chiara a primo impatto) Il bagno quantunque privato era ESTERNO alla camera come anche il condizionatore ubicato nel disimpegno che divideva la camera a noi assegnata e quella in cui vive il proprietario. Quindi o si ha privacy (chiudendo la porta) o si ha l'aria condizionata. Nel bel mezzo della notte verso circa le tre rientra il proprietario. Mia moglie salta dal letto per chiudere la porta e quindi addio al riposo e all'aria condizionata. Aggiungo pure una puzza di fumo di cui tutto l'appartamento era impregnato. Allego foto descrizione camera su *********** ingannevole. Bagno Privato e aria condizionata ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA.
