Decisamente oltre ogni aspettativa. Camera ideale per ogni tipo di turismo, estremamente pulita e curata nel dettaglio. Ottima l'attenzione alle richieste del singolo. Ciò che rende questo soggiorno perfetto è la location, a 270 metri dalla stazione che facilita sia chi vuole utilizzarlo come punto di partenza per andare alle Cinque Terre (al massimo 25 minuti di treno per Monterosso) che per chi vuole rimanere a La Spezia. Il risveglio in questo soggiorno, coccolati dalla vista della città, ti trasporta all'interno del libro "Camera con vista" di E.M. Forster.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una visita alle Cinque Terre. Il posto è comodo perché molto vicino alla stazione dei treni (5min a piedi). Le stanze sono pulite e in ordine - il gusto dell'arredo può piacere o no, ma è cosa secondaria. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è consigliabile. Colazione non inclusa ma ci sono diversi bar in zona. Purtroppo la fatturazione è stata lunga e macchinosa, ma comunque gestita in buonafede e correttezza. Raccomanderei la struttura a chi voglia una base comoda per un giro veloce delle Cinqueterre, cercando un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Unique place, very close to the the Là Spezia station, just steps. Great price. Room is spacious, clean, mattress very comfortable.

Sono davvero felice di poter recensire positivamente il residence in questione, in cui abbiamo pernottato una notte. Il residence è a 4m dalla stazione (ideale per lanciarsi al mattino verso le cinque terre) e si colloca all'interno di uno stabile singorile, dalla corte stupenda. La stanza, sita al 5o piano, si presentava pulitissima. La notte siamo stati nel perfetto silenzio e abbiamo dormito profondamente.

The hotel is in a perfect position, close to the station. The room is super cute, quite big, and comfortable. Beatrice is such a kind host, very easy communication with her. Super recommended. The apartment is a little bit noisy but not annoying
