La Loggia De' Banchi

I had the pleasure of staying at the Loggia de Banchi in February 2024 and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The room I stayed in was just perfect. A warm and welcoming environment, furnished with quality materials. I The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of exploring. The owner of the Lodge deserves special praise. From check-in to departure, he was courteous and professional and always available to accommodate our every need. All this inevitably made the stay as less aseptic and more familiar as possible. Highly recommended.

Interesting B&B in a central area, a few steps from the central Via Del Prione and the nearby Navy Museum. It is surrounded by clubs for young people. As for the apar**ent, it has 4 rooms, each different from the other, a sober style with soundproof walls that allow for a good rest. The room is clean. I was struck by the detailed information made available to tourists: brochures, booklets and above all the train timetable for getting around.

The location was perfect, everything was very tidy and clean, very good, and the rental manager was very friendly. We would repeat if we returned to La Spezia.

It's a guest house with breakfast at the bar, around the corner. I must say that the cleanliness is excellent. From the outside the building isn't the best but once you enter the rooms you realize that they are brand new. The only sore point, which is why I didn't give 5 stars, is the bathroom. Unfortunately the toilet and bidet are practically attached, but I understand the choice to ensure that it has a window.

Hotel very well located, good room, bathroom, bed linen and bed.

Central accommodation, but on a narrow street in an old building without an elevator, without a garage and without the possibility of parking nearby. Well decorated rooms but the windows face an interior patio with no views and no natural light, with poor acoustic insulation between adjoining rooms. The photographs show large double beds, and the one we stayed in was 2 80cm single beds (for children). Simple bathroom. Breakfast must be made in a cafeteria that is not located on the farm, which is 2 blocks away and consists of coffee, juice and a mini, with no option of more than 3 products. The director of the accommodation, in response to our complaint about complaining about the type of room we had contracted, instead of giving us a solution or correcting the error, invited us to leave, without returning our money. Likewise, it proceeds to charge us tourist taxes without giving us any proof of payment, requesting the money in cash.
