La titolare non lascia ricevute fa tutto in nero. La colazione la mattina pessima.comportamento della titolare, a fin che si deve pagare è perfettissimo, poi appena riceve i soldi a un comportamento schifoso, poi nelle stanze indumenti della proprietaria, il figlio poliziotto, è allora fa tutto in nero, appena si chiede il scontrino inizia ad alternarsi e è non fa lo scontrino, veramente schifoso.

Struttura moderna ed accogliente, camere nuove con arredamento di buon gusto, bagno ampio e moderno, la sig.ra Franca è gentilissima e disponibile, altra nota positiva il parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Servito bene dai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro di La Spezia, imbarco per le Cinque Terre o stazione centrale per altre destinazioni. Colazione minimale.
