Charmant petit hôtel très bien situé. L'accueil est très sympathique et le petit-déjeuner très bien servi par une charmante dame très souriante. La chambre est très propre avec de grandes serviettes de douche. A recommander vivement pour visiter les Cinque Terre. On le recommandera à notre entourage en tout cas. V. et E. Rossier

Lo mejor para destacar es la ubicación en pleno corazón histórico de La Spezia, cerca de la estación de tren y también de ferry, por eso mismo no cuenta con parking. No es un hotel boutique, le faltan muchos detalles para esa categoría. Si bien es una construcción que tiene sus años, la ambientación es moderna, limpia y amena. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero correctas. Atención servicial y amable, desayuno bueno y completo. No hay recepción las 24 hs salvo previo acuerdo de horario de llegada, después de cierta hora hay que manej**** como en una gran casa con entrada de llaves y códigos asignados. Nuestra estadía fue agradable, lo recomiendo para público joven en particular.

Lovely little hotel, small but perfectly formed room with most importantly a very comfy bed and a great shower (h and breakfast was spot on also) What sets this place apart though is the friendliness of all the staff. They put up with my faltering italian as we chatted about all sorts of things. Recommend

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu le droit à un excellent accueil, un bon café et de très bons conseils sur la ville et sur les visites à faire. Je remercie d'ailleurs Guillermo et Anna pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils, sans eux notre séjour n'aurait pas été aussi agréable 😉.
L'hôtel est quant à lui à taille humaine, en plein centre de la vieille ville, idéalement situé pour aller prendre un bateau, un train ou tout simplement pour manger, shopper ou boire un verre, et tout celà sans prendre la voiture!
Notre chambre était agréable avec une jolie salle de bain, et au calme malgré la situation en centre ville.
Rien à redire, ce petit hôtel plein de charme nous a vraiment conquis.
Merci à toute l'équipe (y compris la dame du petit déjeuner), nous reviendrons à coup sûr quand nous retournerons à La Spezia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in centro a La Spezia per una notte con bimbo piccolo. Accoglienza molto calorosa da parte di tutto lo staff, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza. Buona colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato. Dovessi tornare a La Spezia sarà sicuramente il mio hotel di riferimento.

From the moment we arrived Anna looked after us - such a lovely girl - so helpful and friendly. She advised us re where to go and how to visit the Cinques Terres and recommended and booked a restaurant for us whcih wasn't too 'touristy'. When she checked us in and looked at our passports , she spotted that it was my husband's birthday and arranged for some lovely sweet treats (cakes) for him and put them in the fridge for when we returned to the room that day. The room was beautifully clean and the bed was comfy and the breakfast was nice with good coffee made by Mary in the morning. I would 100% recommend this hotel, hidden away yet situated conveniently in the heart of La Spezia. Thank you, Anna - hope to bump into you in Brighton one day!

The hotel is located in a great area of La Spezia with walking access to the harbor, train station and city center. The room was good size and bright and clean. The bathroom was fully equipped. Nice home-made daily breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help. We will stay there again. It is a short walk from the train station but it is hidden off the main street so pay attention to the directions. As far as location, you can't get better location in La Spezia. We will stay there again.
