La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff.......la centralità della struttura... . la buonissima colazione... ci hanno portato a trascorrere due notti in modo piacevole nel nostro soggiorno per vedere le 5 terre d'inverno...certamente se torniamo a la Spezia abbiamo un punto di appoggio sicuro

Una camera sicuramente sopra le media delle strutture che offre la liguria a un prezzo ragionevole.
L ingresso all edificio e un' po' vecchio e trasandato ma una volta arrivati al piano ed entrati prima alla reception e poi nella camera si rimane favorevolmente colpiti per la cura nei dettsgli e il buon gusto.

Personne n'etait sur place à notre arrivée. Avons eu de la dufficulte à la contacter. N'avais pas d'eau chaude, pas de Wi-Fi et aucune télécommande poir l'air climatisé.

Good welcome. The hotel is located in a residential building on the 1st floor. But despite the closed window, we could clearly hear the noise from the street. Slept very badly. Sp**** bathroom. Parking offered by the hotel at €20 per night. Municipal parking behind the building at €0.75 per hour from 8.30am to 8pm, which we chose. Very light breakfast: 1 pastry and a drink in a café outside the hotel.
