very nice hotel, for people who don't know how to please, very kind staff. Breakfast was quite well stocked, the bed seemed comfortable to me, the strong point is definitely the location, a stone's throw from the station and Piazza Garibaldi, an area full of restaurants. highly recommended.

3 minutes walk from the central station for a departure to Cinque Terre or visit La Spezia

Hotel was clean but very basic. It is in a convenient location which is why we stayed here. Disappointed that we were not offered a VIP upgrade or benefit. Wasn't even mentioned.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and a quick easy walk to the main ***** you can stroll down all the way to the water.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.
The free breakfast was a nice touch and did the trick for something quick and easy in the morning.
The room could have been a little cleaner but it was adequate. It was dusty and the air conditioner filter has likely not been cleaned in some time.
The air conditioner worked decent but we would have liked it a little colder.
Overall - the perfect place if you don’t plane on spending much time in the room and are just looking for a place to regroup and sleep.

Very good welcome, attentive and helpful staff, good service to be recommended by the quality of the rooms and the price, breakfast offered by the hotel. In addition a fridge in all rooms, Paid parking in front of the entrance

I had spotty internet and it was loud with a restaurant/bar next door, but I would absolutely stay here for the convenience of being a two-minute walk to the train station. Just be aware that they lock their door around 8pm if you arrive late.
