La Spezia Hotels with Parking

Conveniently located a short stroll from the La Spezia station and restaurant area. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room was on the first level where the elevator was only accessible via stairs - not an issue for me but perhaps ask if you need access to the elevator without navigating stairs. The room was clean, bright, spacious with an opening window for fresh air. The bathroom was adequate but with a very good shower. Took a moment to locate the bar fridge on the wall. Breakfast area is gorgeous with a lovely selection. Would highly recommend.

Opposite the train station, there is a large parking factory next to it, parking is convenient. There is a direct train to Cinque Terre, the hotel's residential area is clean and the hotel's main building has a long history. Next to it is a modern restaurant, very good

close to the portal, need take taxi or bus to the train station. While I enjoy 20minutes walking through the main street to get there. Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that. I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there. If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

We booked 2 nights with breakfast included. We were 2 adults with our 16 year-old daughter. The room is comfortable and it has all you need and won't break the bank. The staff was really helpful and suggested a great restaurant for the first night. The location is awesome, being right above the train station, it makes it perfect for a day trip to Cinque Terre. The room has a kettle, coffee and tea and some complimentary cookies. There is storage for your clothes (armoire). There is a common room with 2 loveseats and books to borrow/take/exchange. There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Not a big deal for us, but good to know in advance. Communication with the staff in advance was great and they were helpful to get us there easily. We also booked for breakfast. They give you a voucher for a coffee shop one street over for a coffee and croissant. The place and staff was great. The croissant was really tasty. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location, excellent breakfast and very nice, friendly and informative staff at the reception. Large and clean room. But..the beds weren't the most comfortable, the shower very small, and one elevator that was very slow and not always available.

Questo è un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare, le camere sono molto confortevoli, pulite e confortevoli, arredate con gusto e in uno stile moderno. Vorrei anche sottolineare che le camere hanno tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e anche di più per il tuo soggiorno, non devi pensare a portare con te asciugamani, sapone o shampoo, tutto questo è nella stanza. Puoi anche bere il tè in camera e guardare la TV prima di andare a letto, poiché tutto questo è disponibile, e se ti piace svegliarti con una tazza di delizioso caffè o cioccolata calda, avrai l'opportunità di prepararti un caffè senza uscire la tua stanza, così come in quanto vi è una macchina per il caffè in camera. quadrifoglio guest house si trova vicino alla stazione, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, 10 minuti a piedi, comodissimo per spostarsi in treno per visitare posti bellissimi come le 5 terre, Portofino, Pisa, e 15 minuti per il centro di La Spezia . I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was available until 8PM. They had a great location right next to the train and within walking distance of a great nightlife and restaurants. La Spezia is a cute city. It's only a 7 minute train ride to Cinque Terra villages. The shower needs a door, but was spacious and had warm water. I did experience some problems with vaping/ electronic cigarette smoking on site. Unfortunately, some of it seemed to be coming from the cleaning crew. Hotels really need to understand how bad this problem is and how negatively it affects guests, especially people with asthma.

I loved this stay a lot more then some of the hotels in my trip, felt nice having your own key to a building. The room really surprised me, it was really nice and also in such a good spot of la spezia. La spezia surprised me, I was nervous as it seemed a bit rough around the edges but honestly such a lovely stay with trendy bars in every alleyway, just got to explore the streets. 10 min walk to the station which is right on the main Cinque Terre line going to the towns, I was a pro by the end of my stay. I felt like this was the place I actually met other Italians as the cinque Terre can be super congested with tourists so I really recommend staying here instead of one of the 5 towns and making base doing day trips to the villages. The reception were really lovely and helped you try and understand the area before letting you go off to your apartment room. I didn't spend much time in the room but I slept really well and all the facilities worked and there was information in the hallway if needed about ferry times and spots to go to. La Spezia was also one of the more affordable parts of Italy I went to with some really good food and drinks.

This is a super clean, well situated boutique hotel just outside the center of La Spezia. Parking is easy, as is access to Porto Venere by car. Included breakfast is plentiful, Italian style. Ask for front rooms, although there is some street noise by day. Proprietor Emiliano is helpful in every way. For driving to Porto Venere: keep driving into the town via the one-way system; if the parking garage is 'completo' (full), keep going and head back out of town; grab the first blue-line space you see; if still no luck, loop around and head back into town looking for a blue-line space.

We arrived very late at the hotel due to a luggage dilemma at the airport. The hotel WhatsApp us the information how to get in and all the details we needed on the hotel until we could proper check in the next morning. When checking in we were given lots of information on the area, transport and recommended restaurants. The lady on the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a lift. The room has a mini bar fridge and all reasonably priced to what you’d pay outside the hotel. The cleaner came every day and always greeted us in the morning when we left for the day. Breakfast had a good fresh selection. Being gluten intolerant they provided me with a little packaged breakfast which came with bread, toasted bread, chocolate brioche and another sweet thing which alternates every day, after the first day as soon as we walked into the breakfast room, the lady there put it straight on our table as soon as she saw me. There were also many other options I could eat too. Fresh juice, variety of tea and coffee and prosecco. Location is good, less than 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins walk the opposite way to the ferries to the Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre Gateway is a good base in a quiet area as only a short train ride to the Cinque Terre villages and only half hour train ride to Portofino. Make sure you also visit Portovenere. Overall we had a good stay a and wound definitely stay again if I returned to the area. Thank you to all of the staff for making us feel most welcome!
