Hotel Mocawa Resort

Mocawa resort has all you need to relax: a great pool, hot tub, sauna, a couple of resaurants, waliking paths, minigolf course, tennis course, a full gym and a game room. It is an oasis, you can go there to relax and time will fly by. Highly recomend it

Nice, big and well maintained hotel. The first day we arrived at the suite, we had noisy grass cutting machines in all 3 sides of the room!. Three very noisy machines at the same time. We had to run out. The we found out that the windows cannot be opened. No glass, no mosquito net, so if you open a window your room will be full of bugs. Wifi or TV did not work in the 2 days of our stay.

Rooms, food and facilities are very good. The resort is beautiful, and the location is great. The weather is nice, because is sunny, but not too much warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You have many things to do, and you can go to another near places in the "zona cafetera". Coffee Park, Coffe Farms, Panaca, Filandia, Cocora, Salento, etc.

The hotel is beautiful. The pictures of what it looks like are true but the service is just horrific. There was no real reception for us, not even water offered. We reserved a villa that had no type of welcome note of anything. It was just a basic house. We had no way to communicate with the front desk the first night not even the security guard was able to and we had to walk up the hill to get to them when we got there no apology just well the phone lines aren't working. BTW the "Villa: is just a house in a community behind the Resort it isn't actually a part of the resort. There was no welcome note, no list of services or activities. The food servers were rude and bothered for anything that was asked. We waited 40 minutes for our food the kids were asleep by the time the food got there and were still expected to paay even though our meals were already paid for ahead of time. One of the guest food was forgotten not once but twice. Truly I could go on and on it was bad. I will say that the area is a good place to visit out side of the resort everyone was very friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the amenities and their restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is amazing!: rooms are quite comfortable! Delicious food; nice facilities! the hotel staff is really friendly, attentive and professional. The pool is a good size and is clean. I'll come back!
