Philippe Starck’s new project, the hotel Ha(a)ïtza is located next to the Dune of Pilat and the famous hotel La Co(o)rniche. Il y a l'hôtel Ha(a)ïtza, et puis il y a la pâtisserie Ha(a)ïtza... Mention très bien pour Stéphane qui oeuvre dans sa bienveillante compétence discrète, envers les clients, sur les équipes et le lieu depuis plusieurs années. Pourquoi ne pas dire les choses bien lorsqu'elles le sont. Le service, l'accueil évolue de façon très positive. Il y a une recherche permanente pour que le client soit bien, dans un hôtel 5 étoiles me direz-vous... Vous n'êtes pas obligé de loger à l'hôtel, mais vous pouvez bénéficier de ce merveilleux environnement, et la rénovation recherchée du lieu, voulue par les propriétaires, qui anime en douceur, même l'hiver, ce quartier proche de l'océan. Un endroit à voir et revoir autour d'un café... ou un peu plus! A souligner... le petit déjeuner de la pâtisserie, ou le buffet de l'hôtel pour le résident. Personnellement j'ai fais le choix entre un paquet de cigarette journalier, et un excellent petit déjeuner de temps à autre à la pâtisserie. C'est beau, c'est bon, c'est calme, le moment idéal pour bien commencer votre journée ! Le brunch est à souligner, il demande d'économiser ou pas, pour se l'offrir. Il est à l'image du chef Stephane Carrade. Félicitations de ne pas avoir laisser tomber dans l'oubli un tel établissement !

Nous avons passés 3 jours dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et professionnel quel que soit le poste (de l'accueil aux voituriers en passant par les restaurants et le SPA. Spa très agréable. Soins à faire dans la mesure du possible. Très bons petits déjeuners au bord de la piscine .... Chambre agréable avec balcon, bien que la décoration Starck surprenne un peu au début ...

Nous avons passes 3 jours de rêve dans cet hôtel. Aucune fausse note, tout est parfait. Les équipes sont agréables et chaleureuses et cela est tellement rare que c'est important de le souligner. Tout le monde a le sourire, est heureux de vous accueillir et est a votre service. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et cuisinés avec des produits locaux. Vos enfants apprécieront la piscine de 18m de long !!!

Beautiful , very nice design hotel with an amazing view over the the dune. Very big pool that can. E indoor or outdoor, nice restaurant and the food is very very good. Nice bar outside with a bar menu and les huître, really humid.great address in Arcachon. Ps : don’t miss the pastry shop’

Superbe hôtel, nous adorons y séjourner, souvent hors saison. On s’y sent bien, le personnel charmant participe à cette décontraction… chambre très confort, claire, impeccable. Petit déjeuner super, piscine parfaite. Je recommande vivement … si proche de Bordeaux et si dépaysant: merci !

This hotel boasts about Philippe Starck revamp. What a huge disappointment. Concrete stairwells, and little decor, poor lighting and the facilities in room very poor. The service in the bar area are good, but it is a pricey option for a cocktail. Food quality was good but not outstanding. Breakfast buffet was nice but ran out quickly at busy times. Had to ask persistently for hot food, no offer of this up front. The pool is a key feature of the hotel, it nice but its crowded, little cleaning in evidence on the changing of the sunbeds to comply with Covid, saw no sanitation going on. The high turnover here it is not great. Large groups of people dining poolside on Sunday in the guest area was really loud, annoying and distracting. No privacy for guests. It like its key feature has to be on show to max number of people - so what is the point of an 'exclusive' hotel. Rethink needed on this. Spa services good but facilities poor -shared Jacuzzi in spa with Sunday brunch diners watching is not a luxury spa. Over marketed again. The area is monopolised by this hotel and its sister, there is no information within the hotel of other restaurants and concierge service is non existent, largely down to trainees in post. Overall it is overmarketed and does not stand the test of a 5 Star price tag.

Tres bel hotel avec une deco correspondant a ce que nous aimons. Tres belles finitions et equipements. Piscine top. Personnel tres agreable. Petit dejeuner tres varié et de qualité. Venus plusieurs fois avec le même plaisir et... nous reviendrons 😊.
