En terrasse, vous bénéficiez d’une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la dune du Pilat. Le cadre est magique, parfait pour un dîner romantique. Les mets sont raffinés et savoureux, le service décontracté mais professionnel. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons eu la chance de recevoir une très belle bougie de la part de nos enfants.malheureusement la couleur n’allait pas. Alors qu’il avait été convenu d’un échange sans problèmes , Nous avons tout d’abord eu toutes les difficultés à faire admettre que cet objet avait bien été acheté chez eux.; puis avons demandé à changer de couleur. La vendeuse a alors trouvé sur l’objet une petite rayure alors que nous n’avions pas déballé l’objet. Après des palabres d’une mauvaise fois insensée, nous avons laissé tomber. Quel dommage de rencontrer des personnes aussi peu commerciales. Quel dommage de perdre aussi facilement des clients ( valeur de la bougie 90 euros) alors qu’à notre époque il est si difficile d’en fidéliser. Quand on veut vendre du luxe, il faut savoir s’en donner les moyens.

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs séjours que nous effectuons dans cet établissement. La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle, vraiment ! Les chambres sont très cosy, on se sent comme à la maison (mais en mieux)! De plus la propreté est impeccable. Le personnel est très attentionné, que ce soit au bar, restaurant et à l’hôtel ! Merci à vous Le restaurant est très bon, et l’ambiance le soir est très sympa! En somme, nous adorons cet endroit et nous recommandons !

Jamais dans un 5* nous avons autant eu la sensation d’être des « privilégiés ». C’est une performance collective remarquable de la part de tous les employés du site. Du premier au dernier jour le très juste équilibre entre simplicité et professionnalisme de haut vol. Nous reviendrons c’est certain car le cadre est sans égal, le soin du détail poussé avec une grande finesse et beaucoup de goût. Merci encore à tous pour ce séjour inoubliable.

As per the title: the view is everything. Lounging on its pool deck (for hotel guests only) makes one feel on top of the world. Room was beautifully appointed and efficiently laid out. Front Desk team, especially Coraline who checked us in, really made our day with her beyond-her-duties attitude. We wanted to get the beautiful pastries from Haitza but didn't really want to take the shuttle ourselves to go there. Coraline ordered for us and put the bill to our room AND delivered those delicious goodies to the pool where we were. Bravo Coraline! Those alone made up for a few short comings: 1. services were uneven. While Coraline went above and beyond, the restaurant staffs were just sad: a. we were not allowed to sit early for dinner despite being a hotel guest and she rudely shooed us away. b. when we wanted some sweets from Haitza, another restaurant staff just looked at us blankly with no solution. We went to Coraline and got everything sorted. 2. for such a hotel, food was actually mediocre. Haitza, the sister property, has a much better food offerings. 3. pool was awkwardly located: swimming becomes part of restaurant guests' entertainment. Tips: go only during weekdays. On weekend nights, the restaurant is turned into a disco: it's noisy, crowded and open to public.

Très beau cadre et vue magnifique Personnel sympathique mais manquant de classe Mais payer 185€ pour deux soles deux cafés gourmands et une bouteille d eau c est franchement exagéré Pour ce tarif je me rends dans des établissements étoilés

Séjour magnifique, emplacement idéal sur la dune du pilat. Vu directe sur la pointe du cap ferret et sur le coucher du soleil. Personnel extrêmement attentionné et sympathique, restaurant délicieux et petit déjeuner de haut niveau. Très belle expérience

Je suis venu plusieurs fois boire un verre avec des amis et a chaque fois cela a été un super moment. La terrasse dispose d'une vue incroyable sur la dune du Pyla et la baie d'Arcachon, on dirait une carte postale !

Première fois à la corniche temps idéal soleil 30 degré. Place nickel juste à côté de la piscine vue iconique sur la dune du pyla et le banc d'arguin. Pour mon repas j'ai fait entre plat dessert à 88 euros. C'est très cher après faut voir la qualité de la nourriture. J'ai trouvé mon entrée poulpe maki qui manque de peps, un peu tristounet. Ensuite j'ai adoré ma lotte super bien cuite nacré, une chair neutre qui va bien avec le kick des pickles de betteraves. Enfin j'ai kiffe mon dessert plutôt simple mais bien maîtrisé une île flottante. Aussi j'ai pri une Pina colada trop alcoolisé trop fort en rhum. Le pain était pas bon trop sec. Et il faudrait changer la forme des assiettes pour l'entrée. Le service est professionnel, rapide un lundi midi.
