Hotel encantador, ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, personal muy amable. Habitaciones limpias, y con terraza con espléndidas vistas a los Alpes. Desayuno buffet completo. Una buena experiencia, y un lugar par repetir si volvemos a esta zona.

My wife and I stayed from 06/14/24 to 06/16/2024 for our anniversary. The structure is very well kept and clean, we were given a free room upgrade with a splendid view of Mont Blanc. The rain characterized our stay, we took advantage of it to use the hotel SPA assigned free of charge to hotel guests: each room has the right to exclusive use for 1 hour per day. The staff was very friendly and professional, excellent breakfast made with local products. We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews, we didn't know it before. A perfect stay for our family of 4 with dog and cat. Welcoming atmosphere and all the staff always kind and smiling, from the receptionist to the dining room staff, from the ladies who clean to the boy who took us to the cable car. Everyone is always available and very kind. The room with a balcony was perfect for the four of us, spotlessly clean, always warm and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The spa is easily bookable and beautiful, perfect. The excellent location being 2 minutes from the main street of Courmayer and the supermarkets and anything else useful. The snack and gift for the dog is truly a nice surprise! We will be back for sure!
