A peine arrivé vous paye tout votre séjour et vous comprenez vite pourquoi… 1 - Super bruyant ! Les portes qui claquent les télés des chambres d’à côté qu’on entend vachement bien, mais aussi les autres clients qui copule ! 2 - vous prenez une douche de 5min et la salle de bain est trempé d’un bout à l’autre 3 - menage limite 4- on étend les douches des chambres d’à côtés 5- les WC mon dieux qu’elle horreur d’entendre la chasse d’eau des autres clients toutes la nuit résonner dans toute la chambre avec parfois des gros bruits forcés comme s’il n’y avait plus d’eau 6 - 1 verre avec une petite bouteille d’eau pour 2 🤣 7 - nous avions une urgence à repartir car mon beau père a des soucis de dos et était bloqué (nous avions pas passé la première nuit) qu’il refuse le remboursement car soit disant réservation en ligne il ne rembourse pas chose qui n’était pas le cas nous n’avons pas payé en ligne, mais la dame a répondu aucun hôtel ne rembourse de toute façon, heu… lol en faite sisi…. Quand on répond mais si vous m’auriez pas obligé à payer il y a 1heure on vous aurait rendu les clés on aurait rien payé ? Et sa ose répondre oui… Enfin d’un point de vue heureusement qu’on a pu trouver quelqu’un pour l’aider.. Je n’ai jamais payé un hôtel le premier jour…. Une honte… Et encore on est juste heureux de ne pas avoir pris la formule petit déjeuner… 10h30 les tables vident avec encore les plateaux déjeuner sales sur les tables… Enfin en bref lieu à fuir Je préfère payé 1 chambre 20€ de plus mais isolée et avec le service qui suit, annulation etc…

I spend the year in Accor group hotels and I have to say that this ibis de Bourgoin Jallieu is far the most modern and pleasant. Quality materials. Well thought of relaxing space. Glow decoration. nice and dynamic team. The hotel is very good and it is very good and very good. The left-hand side has just takes to load his phone but no interruptor.
