Amazing as always. Wayne at the front desk is so nice and always friendly. Food was delicious as always too - great selection.

The hotel was having some remodeling done during my stay. Aside from that, the hotel and my room were very clean and inviting. Check in was quick and easy, and the frontdesk staff were awesome. Great amenities as well.

Property was under construction they were remodeling the lobby inside and was not notified when we booked the property

This place is very clean, cute, and comfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again!

I may have missed this in the property details, but they are in the process of a major renovation. Lobby floors being replaced and many common areas taped off/restricted. Room conditions were acceptable.

This facility deserves a high score. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is neat and nice. It has all the amenities we needed. A wonderful choice for families. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay.

There was no water in our room off and on and we didn't receive notification from hotel that city was working on it. Otherwise it was a good stay for 1 night.

We woke up to no water! ZERO! Needed to leave at 6:30 am and couldn’t do anything with water involved. I know it’s not their fault, but it made a very difficult time for us. If I were manager, I would’ve sent someone to the store to get cases and gallons of water so people could at least do a washcloth bath & brush their teeth! The guy at the desk gave me one 16.9 ounce bottle of water for both of us to share! That’s just not acceptable!

We had a great stay; the lobby, our room, and pool were all very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was well stocked with good options.

This trip was for my birthday given to me by my boyfriend. We planned ahead and were even able to check in a tad but early. The facility smelled so fresh, the front desk official was helpful and check in was brief. Our room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Check out was even better because we were able to leave at noon. There were plenty of places to eat and shop around us. We will be back! This hotel is less than 10 mins from the Polar Express ride/train station.

Upon arrival front desk staff were impressive: they were sharp looking and thinking. Very professional manners. The room asigned was very recently updated with new fixtures and interior. Looked lovely. Unfortunately, vehicle was damaged due to break-in attempt. Local crime issue not due to hotel. We shall come for a fourth stay sometime soon.

We had a good stay on Nov. 10. The two gentlemen at check in were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good with a clean area. Area is safe with walking distance restaurants (fast food/ 1 sit down). Easy access off the freeway and a plus, check out at noon. We will would stay again if traveling through the area. Only con ~ thin walls. We were waken up by a small child throwing a tantrum.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff at check-in were efficient and friendly--we were very pleased with the level of customer service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom must have been recently renovated and was in good shape (with the exception of no towel racks). There were good options at breakfast, and we particularly enjoyed the coffee.

Excellent staff, great breakfast. Property isn’t the most updated but comfortable beds and clean rooms.
