I came to B&B Tre Croci Cortina for a solo stay – I've been here on sabbatical for 6 days and 5 nights, and my stay at this B&B was nothing short of amazing. It's located right outside of Cortina, which is very convenient because of how close it is to Lake Sorapis, Lake Braies, and Tre Cime & Cadini di Minsurina. The hotel staff is very kind, patient, and courtesy... and the kitchen/dining staff is PHENOMENAL. They're very intentional about making your staff feel like home. Yamirka & her fellow dining staff made the difference in my staff. The rooms are very modern & there is plenty of space. The view of the mountains is beautiful, too. The only cons I would mention are the level of noise from patrons who don't do their best to abide by the ask for quiet in the hallways – I don't think it's intentional, but the closeness to the hallways makes a bit of a difference. Also, I'm someone who likes to sleep with it very cold, and my room thermostat wouldn't go down for some reason (I just slept with the door open as it was cold outside at night). I couldn't recommend this place more. If you're coming to the Dolomites, stay here! 🖤

Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Missouri. The environment is very good. I got up in the morning and took a walk by the lake and took a photo of Rizhao Jinshan. Surprise! Although the room is not luxurious, it is very clean and equipped with two bottles of water (no other hotels); the hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, and I also used dinner at the hotel the day before, the price is king. In addition, the reception staff is very enthusiastic and also helps with luggage, awesome!

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

We were in this hotel with my wife from 2 to 9 September 2023. The staff are always available with the reception with the Director and the assistant always ready to help you for anything, the rooms are very clean the exceptional Spa where Mrs. Cristina follows you carefully, the restaurant every day with a fantastic and tasty menu of super breakfasts provided by cornettes to cakes eggs suck fruit sum of everything, compliments to the metre Mrs. Maria who was always present, professional and careful to all our needs. We enjoyed staying 2 nights here...super comfortable rooms and we had a corner room with a deck and a view in 2 directions...modern and very nice bathroom too. But we especially enjoyed the food, both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte dinner (wow for the chicken with almonds...had it 2 nights) served in the bar area. Staff were very nice and helpful. Also there is a huge outdoor area with lounge chairs and chair pads to sit out there in the sun and totally enjoy the views in all directions! This is a very special setting for morning and sunset photos and only 20 minutes from Passo Gaiu if you want to go up there for sunset photos which we did one evening.

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale. Abbiamo trascorso, in coppia, 8 giorni a febbraio al Diamant Park Hotel. Struttura splendida situata in posizione strategica, vicino alla Funivia Col Rodella, al centro del paese e alla pista di fondo nonché al percorso pedonale che collega i paesi limitrofi, immersa nella natura. Parcheggio molto ampio. Stanze ampie, confortevoli, comode, pulite, rinnovate e con balcone. Complete di ogni comfort! Ampi spazi comuni e sala riunione che ci hanno permesso anche di lavorare. Personale attento al cliente e disponibile in ogni occasione. Area relax wellness (completa di idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e area lettini, docce) completamente rinnovata ideale per trascorrere un po' di tempo al rientro da una giornata di sci. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione, la colazione, completa di molti dolci e salato mentre la cena composta di vari piatti principali prevedeva, oltre al buffet iniziale, la scelta tra 3/4 primi e 3/4 secondi. Buffet di dolci e frutta, sempre differenti e vari. Settimana bianca, resa davvero speciale e indimenticabile grazie a questa struttura e a tutto il personale dell'hotel. L'accoglienza dell'ufficio prenotazioni UHC è stata davvero disponibilissima a supportarci e a trovare la soluzione più ideale per noi. Torneremo presto, il più presto possibile.
