We love this hotel. There were two issues during our last stay that were annoying. First, now the hotel charges to park overnight in its 40 acre parking lot. That seems absurd -- this is in La Vista, not downtown Omaha. Second, we paid for breakfast on Sunday morning. When we went downstairs, we were told that the hotel was not serving breakfast that morning, but that we could walk next door to the Embassy Suites and have their breakfast. We did, and everything was fine, but it would have been helpful to know the arrangement ahead of time.

Check in went well and I was very impressed that the Courtyard had gotten extra feather pillows in my room and spent the time to ensure my Marriott requests were met. Kevin made sure my parking app was registered and ready for my stay. When I got to the room I was not able to find the television remote and the front desk was prompt to send up a new remote right away. Breakfast is always outstanding! All in all I had a great stay!

There was an issue with the reservation but Kevin A did fantastic job making it right. Very knowledgeable and took pride in the job he was doing. Was able to give us places to go eat while we were there. Never steared us wrong. We would stay there again.

April was an amazing bartender. She took fantastic care of our group. I would highly recommend just coming here for the bar to meet April. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to a couple restaurants. I did not have a single issue staying here.
