Una degustazione che lascia il segno e non solo per i piatti. Servizio attento ma non pressante molto professionale, amore per la cucina e per il lavoro gli ingredienti che fanno grande questo ristorante, il risultato è eccellente. Ottimo il menu a 140 con i piatti storici dello chef. Cantina di vini molto fornita. Lo chef è u a persona meravigliosa

Anniversario di matrimonio, che celebrammo 7 anni fa all'Open Colonna, nel roof del Palazzo delle Esposizioni. Serata perfetta, dell'aperitivo, spritz al limoncello, allo champagne che ha accompagnato la nostra cena e in particolare uno dei nostri piatti preferiti, la tavolozza di Caravaggio, un piatto di carne e verdure straordinariamente gustoso e saporito che appare proprio come un'opera d'arte. Mercoledì sera, sala al completo ma lo chef e i suoi collaboratori hanno saputo regalare a tutti una serata molto speciale.

The pillow menu is a lovely touch. Rooms offer a comfortable setting to spend a romantic weekend. Sound proof of the room next to the reception could be improved. The rooms are spacious and immersed in nature and fields. They are clean and very modern. The mini bar is rich and tempting.

The Spa is in terrible condition, it is dirty, but worse than everything else is the smell of mold very intense. It goes without saying you go in a spa to relax, but if it stinks.......

Ci siamo recati un mesetto fa per il nostro regalo di matrimonio. Accoglienza molto cordiale , in ogni punto della spa , piscina compresa . La sera poi ci siamo recati al ristorante, anche lì accolti molto bene , atmosfera fantastica , accompagnata da un SACCO DI ZANZARE ,e da un semplice ,sfuggente, quasi di obbligo, buonasera dello chef. Piatti tutti MOLTO BUONI , spiegati benissimo dal cameriere , che con la sua cordialità,professionalità e naturalezza ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio . ( Purtroppo non so il nome ma è il ragazzo col pizzetto , sicuramente dopo questa recensione mi riconoscerà) .RIPETO serata stupenda, esperienza nuova per noi , rovinata dalla pochissima considerazione dello chef, il quale troppo intento a parlare solo ed ESCLUSIVAMENTE al tavolo di SOLEIL DEL GRANDE FRATELLO VIP e di un altro tavolo . Sicuramente noi comuni mortali ,non facciamo pubblicità come i vip ,ma la poca considerazione da parte dello chef ,visto e considerato che i soldi li ha presi anche da noi , ha impoverito la serata e soprattutto essendo anche io chef mi avrebbe fatto particolarmente piacere scambiare qualche parola a 360 gradi con uno del suo livello . Pazienza!
