We had no confirmation of the booking and therefore did not know the Mae if the motel. We were phoned at 7.45pm and Simon very rudely told us we were not able to come to the accommodation after 7.00pm and that we had to forfeit the accommodation.
We will dispute this amount with the bank, as we were told we could not get into the room.

This property was in excellent condition, very clean, great water pressure, very comfortable mattress. The only negative was that the pillows were too soft and flimsy, maybe a medium pillow would be better.

We had a small room on the first floor. Had to go up a 25 tred stairs with a bad knee. No other room available. Upstairs a little step up nearly invisible which made me trip over. Tap in badroom had no stream but sprayed water all over including the mirror. Mattress was old and worn down. When we asked for a second set of towels they said they didnt give more then one set. It was really overpriced for what we got. Unfortunately
