Nous y avons passé une nuit, tout était parfait, hôtel restaurant. Accueil très chaleureux, nous recommandons cet établissement. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir, carte réduite mais plat excellent et très copieux. Un serveur au top 👍

Le plus épouvantable repas de Saint Valentin de ma vie. Une heure avant de voir arriver le cromesauis de « foie gras » où je cherche encore le foie gras. Cromesauis qui gicle partout sur la nappe blanche. Un liquide marroné s’en échappe. Le serveur qui se plaint en disant qu’il est temps que tous les apéritifs soient servis pour être tranquille. Repas de Saint Valentin sans effort d’ambiance. Lumières allumées en grand sans aucune bougie. La viande pleine de gras. Obligés de réclamer le pain. L’eau arrive enfin au moment du dessert. Dessert qui ne ressemble à rien. Bref. Plus jamais!!!

malgré son éloignement du centre ville , endroit très tranquille , bonne reception , literie et calme petit déjeuner très correct , repas également,, Castres est bien équipé en parkings mais tous loin des hotels . si vous allez en ville pour visiter Ok pour le parking mais se garer si l hôtel est loin du parking , c'est autre chose.pour avoir fait l expérience plusieurs fois ...

5h de route pour me voir refuser l'accès à l'hôtel, car je n'ai pas un chèque Wonderbox sur moi. Personne ne me m'a demandé, ni par email, ni par téléphone, et j'ai la photo et la preuve web... Aucune envie de m'aider, on me propose simplement de rentrer chez moi... Plus jamais

Très bon séjour à l'hotel.
Le personnel est très sympathique.
Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable.
Concernant le petit déjeuné, nous avons été un peu déçu car il fallait redemander pour recharger le buffet que ce soit pour le pain, le jambon , le lait, etc..;
Aucune baguette n'a été remise malgré notre demande alors que la jeune fille très aimable à qui nous avons demandé nous a dit qu'elle allait le faire... mais ça n'a jamais été fait. Pareil pour le jambon... même réponse toujours aussi aimable. Il aurait fallu le faire quand on demandait.
Pour précision, le petit déj était servi de 6h30 à 10h et nous sommes arrivés à 8h45 donc il restait quand même 1h15 de service.
C'est vraiment dommage.

No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries.

Je conseille cet hôtel sans hésitation. Très bien tenu,jolie chambre. Le personnel est au petit soin et le restaurant est au top à tous points de vue. Je recommande . Endroit très calme,au pied des montagnes noires, à 5 mns environ de Castres

Hôtel sympathique, un peu isolé dans cette zone d’affaire.
Possibilité de dîner ( sauf le dimanche soir).
Chambre propre, grand lit. Petit déjeuner copieux.
