Excellent location.
It is very close to the pier and is very convenient for diving.
The room is spacious. There is also a large balcony with a sea view.
The view from the breakfast terrace on the third floor is also great.
The room was tidy.
The receptionist was friendly. Komodo day tours offered at great prices.
You can have breakfast early before setting off for diving every day.

Why are overseas Ctrip rooms so recommended? The same price with AGO is several times better than yours.

Located in the center of Labuan Bajo , this small hotel is run by very helpful staff . Good address for one night before visiting the numerous sites in Komodo Plenty of bars and restaurants options in the vicinity

The structure is dilapidated, unlivable with no reception, very dirty. The mattresses of the beds are completely broken (shattered) and cemented to the ground and therefore very hard. The bathroom, as well as deteriorated and dirty, gives off a strong sewer smell. In the morning without our consent they moved our things from one room to another. Luckily we managed to find another accommodation to end our holiday which seemed like a nightmare.

Toilet smells like sewer. We reserved taxi the day before but they were late and no help from hotel service, breakfast was late too. I do not recomend this hotel if you have your flight. They won’t understand/help you - very poor english speaker

We stayed at Blue Ocean and it was amazing! Location is perfect, all the premises were clean, and the staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was also great. We enjoyed it so much!!! I really recommend it!

A very good value hotel right by the harbour. Very accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms. All facilities offered were working and as advertised. Breakfast was on the roof with nice views of the harbour. A comfortable bean bag seating area also on roof.

Hotel is below standard. Beds are terrible, they sink when you lie on them and the frame of the mattress has no strength in the sides. Our toilet did not work, we advised 2 times and nothing, the third time they told us the Manager was still asleep 🤷🏼♀️ The bathroom smell was bad coming from the drain. Staff are sweet and try hard but not hospitality standard. Breakfast was below standard and the banana pancake was like rubber. It's on the water but no view due to large structure in front. Construction work going on around the hotel, so early mornings is your only choice. Would not recommend.
