AC not working properly
No hot water in the shower
No hand towels
No face towels
No proper maintenance
Electrical sockets falling of the wall
No black out curtains
No descent breakfast
Had to change rooms 3 X because facilities not working
Facade leaking , water in the room flooring
No proper tv channels
FnB offerings and
No proper kitchen
Hotel staf doesn’t understand hospitality,
They are not proper trained
There is no management
This hotel is not even a two star rating , room rate above 500.000 RP will be to much

Very nice hotel with a great view but far from the city center. Adress is NOT Jalan reklamasi, kampung air, it is on Jl. Pantai Wae Cicu.

It is a very new hotel, with large rooms, good beds and a nice view. However, since it is in full swing, there are several aspects that still do not work well, the food and breakfast are just average to bad. The guys, all friendly and attentive, barely understand English, faulty sockets and elevator and, finally, the hotel is quite far from the city with no shops or restaurants nearby.
